Good value for the price and located near downtown Boulder.
Pros:

Friendly owners. The bathroom was neat and tidy, as were the towels.

Cons:

No air conditioning - it was hot all day. The overhead fan squeaked so it could not be used while sleeping. Two bedroom windows had to be opened at night for ventilation, but one of them fell off its track and could not be closed during the day. The owners were informed but the window was never fixed. I had to manually close it from the outside by walking through their garden.
No TV or radio. Not a big deal as their WIFI worked well with my Pandora account. Plus the room was pretty tiny so placing these devices would be a challenge.

Pros:

Super convenient location for our trip. The queen suite had everything we needed for a quick weekend jaunt. Great shower, comfy bed, the hot pot, microwave and mini fridge were handy.
