Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins, merci beaucoup pour ces deux nuits et le booking du bus en last minute!
Hôtel situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de la rue principale qui peut être très agitée, donc parfait !

Extremely lovely host and comfortable stay
Pros:

The property has a lovely outside with lots of plants, a pool and sunbeds. The host is very friendly and lovely, providing an extremely generous breakfast, as well as free fresh fruit ! She was helpful with doing our laundry for very cheap and allowed to check out later as no one was taking the room that afternoon.

Cons:

The AC is quite awkward to work but does work with persistence.
We had cockroaches, but likely nothing to do with the property and rather a consequence of the region.

The owner was very nice and extremely helpful! Always smiling and offering to help! The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety! They even gave me juice and fruits when I didn’t ask for it 😍

Warm & familiar homestay with everything you need
Pros:

It was great! We even received an upgraded room on arrival with 2 seperate beds. The host was so very kind, on deperture we even got a farewell package with food & drinks. Everything was there, rental bikes/ scooter, swimming pool, decent airco, drinks etc. We felt like the host actually wanted to take good care of us

Maravillosa estancia en un lugar mágico con la atención de Hang siempre presente.

Excelente desde todo punto de vista. La atención de Hang, siempre atenta, siempre presente y siempre con una sonrisa fue personal y profesional desde nuestra llegada hasta que dejamos el hotel. Accesible para todos los lugares de interés, con asesoramiento para todas las actividades, con una limpieza de las habitaciones y un muy buen funcionamiento del wifi, es un lugar para recomendar. El desayuno fue maravilloso y personalizado a nuestras necesidades. La pileta, limpia y amplia fue un verdadero oasis para el calor de Tam Coc.Un hotel para recomendar desde todos los puntos de vista.

Chambre grande et spacieuse. Très bonne location a Ninh Binh. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La gérante est d’une grande gentillesse, très accueillante et a l’écoute, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez elle.

Tout est top dans cet homestay. Dans le centre et proche de tout mais en étant dans une petite rue calme. La propriétaire est super gentille et vraiment au petit soin !!! Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel !!! Allez y les yeux fermés !

Fabulous, clean, comfortable room in a great location.
Pros:

Great location just off the main street. Large, clean comfortable room. Enjoyed the pool which was a great place to chill after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly.

Es war toll, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück konnte man jeden Tag frei wählen und es war sehr lecker. Die Vermieterin war so nett, dass wir am Abreisetag noch den ganzen Tag das Zimmer nutzen durften und erst um 21 Uhr ausgecheckt sind. Uns wurde sogar abends noch frisch geschnittene Mango mitgegeben. So eine Gastfreundschaft haben wir selten erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
