Pros:

Well-equipped facility.

Cons:

DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible Neighborhood. Unreliable bus service. Neighborhood thugs tried to sell me drugs three times (not at this house). Owner lays down all kinds of Draconian rules, but they don't enforce them when necessary. One of the other residents was extremely rude to me (for no apparent reason), complained about me to the resident manager, and acted in a selfish manner completely opposite to shared home ethics (for example, she referred to the bathroom as "her room", even though two other residents shared it). I defended myself against the complaints, but I never received an apology; in fact, she continued being rude to me. She should have been evicted and blocked, but I doubt that the manager ever addressed the issue again. I felt unwelcome here and I was very glad to get out of there. Never again!

I would love to repeat it. What more can I say than that?
Pros:

This facility did not provide breakfast but a little snack was left in the room, very kindly. The location was good for my purpose and the neighborhood proved an improvement on neighborhoods closer to downtown. The price was fair.

Cons:

I found the room charming, but the toilet was a shared one down the hall, reasonably convenient though. I have no real complaints and hope to stay there again. Though there is no on-site staff, provisions made for guests seemed to work nicely and properly.
