Ввічливий персонал. Чистата. Смачний сніданок. Місцезнаходження готелю дуже зручне, особливо якщо їхати у харківське направлення.

Cons:

у номері 401 не працював звук на телевізорі.

Гарне розташування, бо близько до метро, зупинки, є стоянка

Cons:

Поселилася команда тінейджерів у номерах навколо, було дуже шумно і увечері, і зранку, можна персоналу більше перейматися тим, що відбувається на поверхах.
