Pros:

Персонал на рецепції був дуже привітним.

Cons:

Ми пробули в готелі тиждень,за два прибирання жодного разу не підмели в номері чи пропелососили,їжа була майже одинакова день до дня.Проблема в тому, що навпроти готелю немає пляжу,(до пляжу з шезлонгами потрібно йти хв 10, де ми заплатили 20€ за 2 шезлонги.Старий готель,та в поганому стані душові.

Sympathique mais je m’attendais à mieux.
Pros:

L’hôtel est proche de la mer et le personnel est adorable avec le sourire. La piscine est sympa.

Cons:

La nourriture n’est pas super spécialement les desserts qui sont vraiment pas bon et beaucoup trop sucré. Nous avions pris une chambre de 3 pour avoir de l’espace et on s’est retrouvé dans une chambre de 2 avec la salle de bain et les toilettes dans la chambre sans portes alors que toutes les autres chambres avaient des sdb séparés.
Tous les soirs un animateur criait au micro et on entendait tout de la chambre même les fenêtres fermé. Nos amis avec leur bébé on eu du mal à l’endormir à cause du bruit.

Hotel war vielleicht mal sehr schön, mittlerweile aber nur ausgenutzt leider.
Pros:

Zum Glück war das essen gut und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer grauenvoll, als wir ankamen, war das Badezimmer leicht überflutet mit Kanalisationswasser. Wurde aber zum Glück später gereinigt und anscheinend repariert. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war wie mangelhaft.

Hyper décevant. Ambiance très camping pas du 4 étoile....
Pros:

Le changement de variété du buffet.
La compréhension du personnel.

Cons:

Le « all inclusive » pas si inclusive que ça niveau cocktail c'était à la limite du « ridicule ».
Le snack de 16h30 qui n'a pas changé un seul jour.
La propreté laisses à désiré surtout les salles de bain ...
Porte de la chambre qui ne se ferme pas, le sol à moitié collant et j'en passe.
Certaines soirée jeux qui sont payante ..
L'odeur des salles de bains étaient nauséabondes.
Mention spéciale pour l'araignée morte collé au plafond de la douche qui n'a jamais été nettoyé ...

Pros:

Siamo stati benissimo in questa struttura , il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la camera confortevole e pulita, servizi ottimi, davanti al mare dove è possibile raggiungere a pieni spiagge attrezzate. Il ritrovo per le escursioni è vicinissimo. Tutto perfetto

Agréable mais je m’attendais à plus
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Établissements propres proches de là plage et certains super market

Cons:

1- Pour une pension complète le buffet n’est pas très varié entre midi et soir et entre les jours
En vu de son emplacement, il devrait proposer plus de produits frais en poissons et pas juste le congeler (sur une semaine que du poisson blanc congeler cuisiné avec une sauce blanche) et je dit ça car nous ne mangeons pas de la viande non halal alors pour cela on s’attendait à avoir plus de choix dans le poissons . Pour un 4 étoiles il faut un effort pour certains catégories de gens
2- Aussi en fruits il y’avait que des pastèque et melon et kiwi dures pour les pêche et defois ananas en conserve dommage pourtant en été c’est pas les fruits qui manques
3- Absence de micro-ondes pour réchauffer les plats et surtout la nourriture des bébés en toute autonomie sans attendre 10 min pour la cuisine et déranger le personnel. Il faut mettre un dans le réfectoire
4- les bouilloires dans les chambres a changé, le fond commencés à rouillé et pour réchauffer l’eau pour le thé ou le biberon d’un bébé c’est dangereux
5- le snack ne doit pas juste se résumer à des tranches de pizzas, il faut faire un mini buffet ( glaces, gâteaux, fruits, des mini pizzas ou d’autre choses farcies..)

Com uma renovação , este hotel tem bastante potencial.
Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos, animadores top , comida saborosa

Cons:

Precisa de uma renovação de mobília, casa de banho pequena, a água do chuveiro ficava espalhada pela casa de banho.

Not a 4-star hotel — at best a weak 3-star with a misleading description, old rooms, no elevator and no usable beach. Wo
Pros:

The food was tasty (though very monotonous — the same dishes repeated daily). The waiters were genuinely kind and attentive — the best part of our stay. When we reported the broken air conditioner, the staff came to fix it fairly quickly.

Cons:

Room: we were placed in a building with no elevator, although the hotel is advertised as having one. For 8 days we carried a stroller and our small child up and down the stairs from the ground to the second floor. The room was old: peeling paint on the walls, dirty windows in the room and corridors (looked unwashed for a year), an air conditioner with a filthy dusty grille that kept stopping, and a wooden ice-cream stick jammed into the card switch to force it to stay on — a clear safety violation.
Bathroom: sewage smell, and shower water kept coming back up through the floor drain in the middle of the bathroom. Rusty and dirty taps, a dirty toilet seat, a dirty bathtub, black mold and deteriorated sealant around the shower tray, a spider on the wall, and a bathroom door swollen from moisture at the bottom. The bathroom window was screwed shut with two screws (no hinges — the handyman said nothing could be done), and there was no extractor fan at all, so all the moisture spread into the room. I have photos of all of this.
Sea and beach: advertised as "first line" by the sea, but the shore next to the hotel is rocks and cliffs — you cannot swim there. We had to walk at least 15 minutes left or right to small private beaches and pay 15–20 euros per sunbed spot every day. There is no usable hotel beach, despite the description.
Children: the listing mentioned a kids' room and kids' animators. The kids' room was closed (in the basement), and there were no kids' animators by the pool. The one entertainer spent his time smoking hookah and staring at young women. The outdoor "playground" was old broken plastic houses and small slides that felt unsafe. No toys, no activities — our child was bored.
Cats: about five stray cats roamed the restaurant and terrace daily. They did not look healthy, and nobody warned us — worrying with a small child.
