La habitación era grande y cómoda. El baño muy bien
El personal dio muy mala atención. Te daban la tarjeta para la habitación y buscate la vida, ya que no explicaron nada. La ubicación de la habitación, demasiado lejos del check in y mal indicado. Después debías hacer el check out al mismo sitio, a 5 millas. Teníamos reservado para 3 personas y el sofá cama sin hacer. No en la habitación pero si en las escaleras, lleno de arañas.
Lovely location
I booked this room under the understanding we had booked the room with patio doors that lead onto patio. On arrival to the beach house I was very disappointed to learn this was not the case. I called the hotel to explain and hope there was misunderstanding and explained I solely booked this room under the understanding we had the patio doors to be told oh no the rooms are all the same and given out at random. This is not explained on your booking and if I was made aware of this I would not have booked and paid for the room. I was left very dissatisfied and left irritable asked staff if we could change room to be told no that room has been allocated I asked what about our second night to be told again no this room is not vacant. This put strain on what was supposed to be a relaxing few nights away and felt we had to leave the room more than we had expected to get fresh air as the room was very muggy and overly uncomfortable for our entire stay.
We had one of the cheaper suites but it was a good size and the bathroom huge. Comfortable bed.
As we had booked one of the cheaper suites, our room faced the main road and with the windows open, quite noisy.
Perfect location very clean and tidy would certainly stay there again
There was not even a toaster in the room which would have been perfect and the front door is loud as it bangs closed every time someone goes in or out the door that’s the only 2 faults I have about the house.

Very clean, nice showroom and arran aromatic toiletries.
Maintenance needed work, we opted for the deluxe room which had patio doors directly out. However the steps were loose which was unsafe for my daughter, and the patio furniture was worn, broken, and all glass tops removed. You chose this kind of property for the views, but they havent invested in the place you actually sit to appreciate them!
Noise isolation could also be improved, could hear every step the upstairs occupant took.
The location was amazing, all facilities in the room were amazing also. Great wee garden for sitting and relaxing

Stayed in a family room that had carpets and the room smelled mouldy. Windows do not open. Upstairs floors creak and you can hear other guests walking. Good enough for 1 night stay.

It was awsome! More and beyond my expectation
The location was wonderful, with fantastic views and access to the terrace in front of the Beach House. Although not connected, great food is available at the Inn on Loch Lomond, just a short walk away.
The check-in process which is at the sister hotel Lodge on Loch Lomond, 3.5 south of Beach House.
