Was clean. Shower is really nice.
The reception is 10 mins drive, with all the restaurants and facilities. There’s no staff at where we stay. All the facilities e.g., sauna needs to be booked instead of walk in. Can’t see any view from the room.

La gentillesse et l'accueil du personnel, qui nous a attendu jusqu'à 4h du matin suite à un souci de santé qui nous a obligé à arriver très très tard.
La chambre, bien que nous n'avons pas pu en profiter beaucoup, était très grande et confortable, idéale pour une famille, avec vue sur le Loch. La salle de bains, comme la chambre, est grande et propre.
Un grand merci à l'équipe qui, au vu de nos mésaventures et notre arrivée tardive, nous a gentiment proposé de rester 1h de plus le lendemain (12h au lieu de 11h pour rendre les clefs)
Nous aimerions y revenir avec plaisir, et cette fois en pleine forme !
Le Beach House est une annexe de l'hôtel situé à Luss. L'annexe est à Inverberg, à 3 minutes à peine en voiture. Bon à savoir, il n'y a pas de salle de petit-déjeuner au Beach House, il faut se rendre à l'hôtel. La chambre est par contre bien équipée en thés et cafés.
Location was beautiful, bed was super comfortable, bedding was clean and good quality.
Didn’t know it was 2 storey - thought it was all on one level. We were on first floor. The wardrobe was small, there were no drawers for clothes and underwear, the safe didn’t work, the shower was a small corner quadrant - nothing like the lovely photos. The room was clean but there were some insect marks on the walls. It was not worth the money. Breakfast at the hotel was expensive and very average. We decided to have breakfast at the Inn on Loch Lomond which was a 3 minute walk and that was better and cheaper - in fact we had dinner there on two nights and that was beautiful. I booked this for my 60th birthday and was bitterly disappointed.
This accommodation is next to loch lomond, with walks right on your doorstep.
Parking was limited of others don't park well.

Beautiful location with modern, clean and well-sized rooms. The décor was lovely, with a tasteful Scottish touch.
The shower only has a rain showerhead and no handheld option, which makes it difficult to shower comfortably, particularly if you want to avoid getting your hair wet.
