Ruheoase in Santa Cruz
Pros:

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, ein Ort der Erholung in Mitten des eher lauten Santa Cruz. Bereits beim Ankommen wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt, die Zimmer waren riesig und sehr sauber, der Pool fantastisch zum Abkühlen. Frühstück mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten, wir haben die zwei Tage hier wirklich sehr genossen!

Hotel bem tranquilo e confortável, chuveiro gostoso e camas confortáveis.. o Café da manhã é ótimo e me senti bem feliz comendo ele rs.. a equipe igualmente é bem atenciosa e prestativa em todo o momento.

Cons:

Localização somente, ele é bem distante de tudo e de todos os pontos mas, isso também fui eu meio burro de não ter visto o mapa.. ai vai do viajante se prefere um bairro tranquilo residencial esse é o ponto ideal.. e mesmo tendo que pegar UBER para ir ao centro não é caro custa só uns 15 BOB, ou R$ 7,00 (Valores de 09/26).

Ah e ele não é um Hotel padrão como um prédio e sim como uma casa bem grande colonial com muitos espaços, isso não é um defeito apenas uma característica.

eine Oase in der ansonsten lauten Stadt
Pros:

Sehr ruhiger Lage in diese quirligen Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal, aufmerksam, behilflich,... Und eine schöne Einrichtung mit Geschmack sowie ein Pool der an heißen Tagen einlädt. Danke, danke, danke.

Gratis vervoer van en naar het vliegveld. Bed was heel groot.

Cons:

er is geen ontbijt buffet, ze maken een omelet met ham, ik vond het best weinig. Helemaal voor deze prijs had ik er meer van verwacht. De sauna is niet bij het hotel, maar je kunt naar een partij verderop. Wij kwamen diep in de nacht aan en moesten toen ook gelijk betalen, dat voelde niet echt gastvrij.

Tolles, kleines Hotel, eine echte Oase in einer quirligen Stadt, sehr zu empfehlen

Die Rezeption war 24 Stunden am Tag besetzt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit in allen Fragen. Man kümmerte sich um Essenswünsche genauso wie um unsere Wäsche. Wenn ich in den Swimming Pool ging, brachte man mir eigens ein Badehandtuch. Das Frühstück war frisch gekocht (Rührei, Omelette oder Spiegelei) und zusammen mit frischen Früchten sehr lecker. Gleichzeitig war das Hotel nie überlaufen und sehr ruhig. Sehr erwähnenswert ist auch der kostenlose Shuttle-Service von und zum Flughafen.

Great staff, they'll do everything to make your stay the best possible, 24h a day.
Big, clean and well equipped rooms.
Clean and well maintained garden and swimming pool.
They don't have a restaurant but they can order a variety of food for you (they have the menus of the different restaurants).

Valeu mais do que paguei

É um hotel, mas parece uma casa gigante, pé direito alto, com piscina, jardim, corredores e escadas largas, quadros e esculturas muito bonitas. O pessoal é gentil. Eles tem um cardápio com comida gostosa (delivery) e o café da manhã (embora seja a la carte) atendeu bem as expectativas, tinha diversas opções. A internet funciona bem em qualquer parte do hotel (eles tem vários repetidores). TV com acesso à Youtube, Netflix, etc. Cama confortável, quarto grande e limpo, chuveiro bom. Ainda pagaram o meu táxi até o aeroporto.

Gostei de tudo.

Hotel muito limpo e confortável, bem localizado (bairro tranquilo, e com mercado, restaurantes, farmácias próximos), cama grande e muito confortável, chuveiro excelente. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, bem como o proprietário, sendo que quando solicitamos alguns utensílios emprestados, foi prontamente atendido.

Cons:

Wi-Fi por vezes ficava ruim, porém creio que seja um problema de uma forma geral na cidade.
