Another set of couple making too much noise all night
Very clean bedroom
Nothing
The location.
The cleanliness, the overpriced basic room, they had the cheek to call a suite. The climbing up 2 flights of stairs weeks after a heart operation because the lift didn't work. The water stains on the bedroom walls and ceilings. The historical dirt on just about every surface. The staff who just couldn't care less about my welfare even though I checked out 3 days early.
The fact that another guest was offered an upgrade to another hotel because she wasn't satisfied with her room and I was told no when I asked to move.
I was still charged £126 a night for 3 nights even though I'd checked out.
Nothing
Plastic cups at the bar and paper cups for breakfast
Decent place to stay.
We had two nights there and were quite comfortable. For the price we paid it was fine.
Good location
Not enough parking for customers
It was a clean room
About an hour after checking in a fire started and everyone had to evacuate the hotel. We were all outside and couldn’t go back in the hotel for at leat 2 and half hours. Never did a fire register that is a big no no!! Lack of training when we was allowed back in the hotel at 8:30pm it was too late to go out and do things we wanted to do! Ruined our night away.
When we arrive to check in we where told we are on the 3rd floor but the lift isnt working and we had a baby and a pram, so how was that going to work we where told to carry everything up 3 floors to which couldnt be done due to having back problems and previously being hospitalised with it, so the receptionist did move us to the grand hotel which had working lifts, to which the experience there wasnt pleasant, bed where so uncomfortable no one slept, the hotels was noisy people banging slamming doors over and over, we got up and left which then made us go home and our children missed a day out in Blackpool
The room was clean and tidy.
