Pros:

The staff was nice and cooperative. Decent location.

Cons:

They call rooms booked via booking.com "Internet Price rooms". It was a makeshift room, which was not accessible directly via lift, with kids and baggage, had to climb up stairs and pass through three hall-ways before reaching the last room of the property. The room didn't even had side bed tables. Toilet door was secured using a temp lock from 18th century.

The parking space is limited and not guaranteed, even if you specifically select parking required option during booking.

The location had a bus and a tram stop.

The quality of the room and what was advertised was entirely different ..
No AC In the property
The window didn’t even open properly for someone to see outside
Felt trapped in the room
There was ballon and used shaving sticks in the room meaning it wasn’t even cleaned before entering.
No assistance from staff with luggage

Pros:

All good. Staff attentive and friendly. Hotel spotless in main areas. Nice bar, toilets immaculate.

Cons:

Bathroom a little tired and could use refurb. Old taps and bath etc
Carpet in room definitely seen better days and could do with being replaced.

Yes i had nice time with my family and the staff was friendly and helpful. But we had a lot of noise at night no security so i need tel them to improve this nice in the future thanks.

It was a pleasant stay, however my partner did have mild symptoms regarding dog allergy.m
Pros:

Room, breakfast and bed were all good

Cons:

The fact it was pet friendly. It should be made known if the room allocated is used for pets. This should be known as people have severe reactions with dog hair
