我當初選擇下訂是因為喜歡房間看起來有渡假氛圍，它的確達到了。但是，我入住時，它們給我的房間，內鎖掛鍊不翼而飛，我立即反應，但是服務人員說這是它們房間的風格就是這樣，我變成要為我的住宿安全開始討價還價，我原本開心的心情，掉到谷底。我們還有用網路翻譯，來確保我們的溝通無誤。我給她看另外一間房間有鏈條，我的房間只有鏈條基座，但是鏈子不見，如果東西不見誰負責？而且電子卡片櫃檯也有。我希望他們找人來修理。她打給可能是她正在休假的主管，他們用越南話討論很久，決定帶我去一樓，有雙人床兩個，旁邊一個加床小床，想要讓我住兩晚。我說我原本是2樓有陽台泳池景致，她試著解釋這個房間比較貴，但是對我來說糟糕到不行。後來他們又討論很久，說給我原本房間隔壁的家庭房兩個陽台，有泳池景觀，但是我只能住一晚，另一天要搬去另一個房間，等明天另一個房間的人check out，我聽完覺得又累又煩，我說所以我要搬來搬去？我要浪費時間收拾東西和搬家，就因為他們一開始沒有把房間準備妥當。說到這裡我就更不爽了。我說不然直接退費給我，我進去市區另外找住宿，他們又討論一會，主管才一副勉為其難說允許我住在雙人房連續兩晚。唉 因禍得福 但是我的心情已經被受影響 他們完全不能站在旅客安全與旅行的心情上做著想，一點也不。

衛浴一角上面有漏水的痕跡，斑駁與油漆剝落。裡面的熱水壺有殘餘的水，和雜質，我已經懶得跟櫃台說了...他們應該要檢查好的。

Super Hotel um die Stadt zu Erkunden
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage und ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt sehr einfach zu erreichen.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht ganz so top, aber ausreichend.

Pros:

L hotel est très agréable dans la verdure en bord de rivière. La chambre est bien confortable et moderne. Piscine très sympa.

Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement été dérangés par des voisins bruyants. L insonorisation n'étant pas au top.
La porte vitrée de l'entrée des chambres devraient pouvoir être occultée pour la luminosité.

Pros:

Le quartier est calme et agréable. Les gens du quartier sont accueillants.
Nous avons aimé les abords de la rivière et la proximite de quelques rizières. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Il y a quelques petits restaurants tout à fait convenables dans les environs.
La piscine est agréable lorsqu'elle n’est pas investie par des enfants qui hurlent sans cesse sans être repris par des adultes responsables.

Cons:

Le restaurant indiqué à l'entrée de l'hôtel était inexistant.
Les draps d’un des deux lits de la chambre, à notre arrivée, n’avait pas était refait. Nous avons dû réclamé pour qu’ils soient changés.
Les chambres sont plus petites qu'elles ne le paraissent sur les photos du site.
Le sol de la terrasse du petit déjeuner n’est pas nettoyé régulièrement. Les cendriers des terrasses n’ont pas été vidés lors de notre séjour de 3 jours.
Toutes les 20 secondes, la pompe se déclenchait, se qui perturbait nos nuits. Le problème a été signalé dès le premier jour sans effet...
Il serait aussi bien que des règles de vie commune soient précisées afin de ne pas subir les cris répétés des enfants. La tranquillité est aussi ce que l'on cherche quand justement on choisit de ne pas séjourner au centre de Hoi An.
