DIASTROUS - NO ROOM GIVEN POST CONFIRMATION AS WELL. LEFT STRANDED MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT

The hotel rejected our booking and didnt give us the room and said they were sold out. And we had sleep in our Car with family for making this big mistake of booking here. They say we dont care about booking.com only the ones who book directly get priority & many other guests were also left stranded. I am reviewing for a room I didnt get. Even Booking.com has not courtesy or a process to check if the guests indeed get the accomodation they booked for.

Decent location from the view point of access though noisy.

Cons:

Poor maintainance, bed corner broken, wall paper coming off, water dripping on ac cover making sound, traffic noise, need to get key validated everyday even though payment made for all days, too small a room, quilt torn, emergency staircase blocked with office paper bundles, no towel in the room, room too small etc

Place was clean, neat beds.

Cons:

Shower was in a bad condition, needs to be cleaned or replaced. AC had a dropping sound throughout the night which disturbed my sleep.

It's a not bad hotel, not worth the money.

Cons:

The room was very small. No hot water, only lukewarm. Towels were grey and need to be discarded. Room needs a thorough cleaning.
Many items not available on restaurant menu including did not have a griller or a toaster.

Disappointing for an IHCL property.

The staff are the best part of this hotel. Always helpful, smiling and pleasant.

Cons:

Poor maintenance, water leakage marks on walls, tiny room, could have been cleaner. Linen was grey from over use, needs to be discarded. No hot water - lukewarm at best. lots of mosquitos. The menu at Qmin: Items not available. No grill or toaster - Tawa toast only! No liquor licence - No beer or wine. On the whole very disappointing for an IHL property.

Old property, No maintenance. Not value for money. Foul smell, old beds, smell in bedsheet, bathroom door couldn't close, damaged cot. Charged 4065ruppes. Not worth more than a thousand rupees.
