More to improve in terms of the maintenance culture
Location is pretty central.
Breakfast was okay, not great but okay.

Not impressed with the staffing. They were not professional.

The location
The hotel is actually a no no… so dirty not to talk about the bedsheets, I came in late at night and I never knew the bedsheets and pillows cases were dirty and used ones. The next day still wasn’t changed, I informed the night staff to change the duvet cover cos it was dirty and smelling, he kept on brining different ones that were used and apologized several times that it was late and all sheets were dirty. I actually slept in the room with my sister that night without duvet cover. Not to even mention the odour that comes out from the room and walkway. I even informed them that I will drop my review and they said I should and there’s nothing they can do about it.
Room odour was so bad, ceilings etc. please yall need proper renovation…

Mold Infested and horrible management. Was taken to a room upon check in and it smelled horrible and was covered in mold. Then they tried to double charge me to move to another room. Unsteady power supply. Just terrible. Front desk staff were helpful.
