WHAT I ORDERED VS WHAT WAS DELIVERED
Pros:

It is located within a residential estate with good security measures in place.

Cons:

1. The room they gave me had a very small toilet that didn't even allow me to bend when taking my bath. There was little or no space between the WC, the wash hand basin and the water shower thereby making it extremely difficult for a guest to use the toilet comfortably.

2. The food was poorly prepared and not fit for human consumption.
3. No intercom, no water heater.

Pros:

This hotel is such a terrible place, no water, no power, not even a clean environment, the staff are deceiving people with impressive talks. Then they tell you to pay cash so that once they get your money, they say its non refundable and you will have to start fighting through booking. Com to get your refund.
I will not encourage anyone to ever book this hotel. It is all full of fraudulent means to robb guests of their hard earned money

Would struggle to return to the property for a second stay.
Pros:

Location is pretty central.
Breakfast was okay, not great but okay.
Bathroom facilities was good

Cons:

Not impressed with the staffing. They were not professional.
Room was not spacious enough but it wasn't all that bad.

Very bad experience, please don’t use the hotel

The hotel is actually a no no… so dirty not to talk about the bedsheets, I came in late at night and I never knew the bedsheets and pillows cases were dirty and used ones. The next day still wasn’t changed, I informed the night staff to change the duvet cover cos it was dirty and smelling, he kept on brining different ones that were used and apologized several times that it was late and all sheets were dirty. I actually slept in the room with my sister that night without duvet cover. Not to even mention the odour that comes out from the room and walkway. I even informed them that I will drop my review and they said I should and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Room odour was so bad, ceilings etc. please yall need proper renovation…

They need hot water and to bath and working it needs cleaning everyday even when the rooms are not occupied and needed dusting the utensils needs cleaning
