Cons:

Das Hotel haben wir aufgrund der guten Lage, unmittelbar am Strand, gebucht.
Der Name, Aqua „luxury“ es jedoch etwas zu optimistisch.
Nachdem wir das Zimmer beziehen konnten, stellen wir mit erschrecken fest, dass die Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte. Außerdem fehlte die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage. Aufgrund der sehr hohen Temperaturen waren wir auf diese angewiesen. Wir haben die Mitarbeiterin darauf aufmerksam gemacht, die sich natürlich dafür entschuldigte und wollte sich direkt darum kümmern. Nach über eine Stunde warten und keinerlei Rückmeldung sind wir erneut auf die Mitarbeiterin zugegangen. Danach Griff sie zum Hörer. Die Reinigungskraft, die nur griechisch gesprochen hat, ist mir aufs Zimmer gefolgt. Mit Hand und Fuß hat sie uns zu verstehen gegeben, dass sie die Sache prüfen wird. War natürlich erfolglos. Anschließend kamen zwei Mitarbeiter und haben das Zimmer durchsucht. Die Fernbedingung wurde zwischen den Matratzen gefunden. Ein Hausmeister versuchte derweil die Toilettenspülung zu reparieren. Beim versuch blieb es auch. Daraufhin wurden wir gebeten für ein bis zwei Nächte in ein anderes Zimmer zu ziehen. Gesagt getan. Am nächsten Tag sollten wir dann wieder zurück. Obwohl die Reinigungskraft täglich da war, wurde die Toilette nicht gereinigt. Bis zum Schluss waren Stäube etc. von der Reparatur auf der Toilette. Die Klimaanlage hat getropft, im Badezimmer schimmlige Fugen.
Gebucht wurde das Hotel inkl. Frühstück. Vor Ort wurden wir darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt (auf Nachfrage) dass das Frühstück im Restaurant Crazy Forks stattfindet. Man hat ein Getränk und ein Gericht inkl. (z.B. ein Omelett) Alles weitere wird berechnet. Vom Hotel bekommt man einen 10% Gutschein. Finde ich nicht wirklich fair. Aber das essen war lecker.
Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass das Personal nicht wirklich bemüht und unorganisiert ist.

Amazing location, spotlessly clean, lovely staff and incredible value for money. Would absolutely stay again!
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay. The location is amazing, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the towels were changed every other day. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We were on the top floor and although there’s no lift, there was always someone happy to help with our luggage. For the location and quality, it was incredible value for money.

Cons:

Just a few little practical things. I was there for a wedding and had long dresses with me, but there was nowhere suitable to hang them. The bathroom could really do with some extra surface or storage space, especially when getting ready and doing makeup. The shower was also quite temperamental and the little shelf for shampoo and conditioner wasn’t very practical as everything kept falling off. These were only small things though and definitely wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Camera non piccola e buona vista mare.

Cons:

Sciacquone Wc che ci voleva più di 5 minuti per riempirsi e pressione inesistente quindi trovavamo spesso rimanenze di chi c'era stato prima. Carta igienica da gettare nel secchio perché era vietato buttarla nel Wc. Messo il cartello Non Disturbare per ca. 15 minuti alle 9.00 e poi tolto ma la camera non è stata pulita. Asciugamani cambiati l'ultimo giorno.

Bagno, piccolissimo, impossibile poter appoggiare qualsiasi prodotto per l’igiene personale e quando si faceva la doccia sì allagava tutto l ‘acqua quasi arrivava al letto visto che dista pochi centimetri dalla porta, la camera aveva un balcone esterno ma la porta con cui si accendeva al balcone non si poteva chiudere perché qualche altro ospite aveva rotto la maniglia… non aggiustata dallo staff ( un pomeriggio è venuto un temporale con vento forte e ho dovuto appoggiarmi alla porta finestra finché non è passato tutto per tenerla chiusa perché se no entra acqua )

Personál velice milý a sympatický. Úklid byl naprosto precizní. Lokalita úžasná, jen pár kroků na pláž. Místo bylo sice turistické, ale ne nijak přehnaně. Snídaně ve Crazy Forks byla velice chutná. Hotel mohu určitě doporučit (zejména pokud máte pokoj s balkonem).

Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda. Gyakorlatilag a strandon. A reggeli bőséges és ízletes volt, étlapról kellet választani. Szállodához közeli éttermekben kedvezményesen lehetett fogyasztani a szálló vendégeknek. lakóknak. Kocsival parkolni a közeli kikötőben lehetett, díjmentesen.

Cons:

Reggelizni kilenc órától lehetett, számunkra ez nagyon késő.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options.
One of the best things about the hotel was its location — having the beach right in front of the hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back!

Чисто, уютно, комфортно и приятное обслуживание.
Pros:

Отличный чистый уютный номер с балконом и видом на море. Очень отзывчивый персонал, помог со всеми вопросами, за что им большая благодарность. Вкусный завтрак. Пляж сразу же возле отеля. Нам очень понравилось, могу смело рекомендовать!
