Not worth rooms for the money
Pros:

Good location and room service and rooms are clean.

Cons:

Checked in two people and Wi-Fi is available for only single system, had challenge to connect to Wi-Fi to work.
Not recommended for people staying more than 1 and expecting Wi-Fi to work.

Pros:

Nice hotel with excellent staff and service. Restaurant is good but food is Andhra style which was very spicy for us. But there are other dinning choices nearby which was good.
Staff were polite and always willing to help.

Rooms were new and inviting. Only problem I would say was the shower which did not have good ventilation/exhaust. I did not raise it with the staff as it did not bother as that much.

Places to dine nearby that we liked were: Asha tiffins, Pasta Street, MacD, Kapur's Cafe.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.
