Very relaxing and beautiful place.
Pros:

Ocean location, pool, steam, sauna, spa treatments. Bar location was lovely, room nicely appointed and service excellent.

Schönes Hotel mit ein wenig Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Frühstück war super und abwechslungsreich .
Schön eingerichtete Zimmer.
Zimmerservice insgesamt sauber.

Cons:

Abgebröckelter Putz bzw. Stuck in der Dusche
Fenster und Duschglas könnten mal wieder gereinigt werden. Ebenso im Spa Bereich, da man kaum raus schauen konnte.
Der kleine private Pool im Zimmer war leider zu kalt und konnte zumindest im Mai nicht genutzt werden, da zu kalt.
Kein Smart TV vorhanden.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, we cannot wait to return one day!
Pros:

Everything was 10/10. The setting was beautiful and quiet. The level of hospitality for literally every person we encountered was top notch. Our room was lovely, quiet and super clean.

Perfect ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, teleurstellende zwembad, sauna, spa beleving
Pros:

- De locatie en het uitzicht op de zee is fantastisch.
- Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en begroet je met een lach.
- Er is zowel een buitenzwembad als een binnenzwembad met sauna en diverse massage-opties.
- Het ontbijt is perfect verzorgd en ze houden goed rekening met eventuele allergieën of diëten.

Cons:

Om het hotel naar een nog hoger niveau te brengen zouden wij adviseren om voor het binnenzwembad en de sauna/spa ruimte enkele kind-vrije tijdsblokken te hanteren en/of nadrukkelijk te monitoren op het naleven van de regels die het hotel instelt (niet plonsen, stilte, e.d.).
Tijdens ons bezoek waren er meerdere gezinnen met kinderen die een grote shitshow maken van het binnenzwembad (enorm luidruchtig, continu in het zwembad duiken/plonsen), daardoor werd onze ervaring van het zwembad, sauna en spa teleurgesteld.
Er is geen monitoring of personeel wat de achterlijke ouders of kinderen aanspreekt op hun verantwoordelijkheid van het naleven van de regels.

Er zouden nog enkele details in de afwerking/verzorging van de kamer toegepast worden, zoals kitranden tussen plint/vloer waar enkele mieren naar binnen komen en bestrijding van mieren bij het kleine buitenbad bij de kamer.
De kitrand bij het bad zit er erg slordig op, dat is zeker niet hinderlijk voor de functionaliteit -het bad is erg prettig-, maar als je een hoge finish/afwerking nastreeft horen kitranden er gewoonweg strak op te zitten.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist für kühlere Tage nicht gut geeignet . Sind im Mai gereist, aber es war uns einfach zu kalt.
Um z.B. von der Lobby, Bar,..in die Zimmer zu kommen muß man immer raus. Auch das Zimmer war uns zu kalt (Temp.) - aber das perfekte Sommerhotel.

Great stay in Sao Miguel
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Sensi Azores. From the beginning until the end, our experience was incredible. Everything about it was as expected- an incredible location and view, the premises have been beautifully restored, the restaurant and bar were among the best in the island, the staff were very kind and have us great recommendations on food and places to go. Our schedule included visits to different places in the island and then we'd spend the afternoons at the hotel resting. The spa was phenomenal! Overall it was a great stay and we're already thinking about coming back!
