Pros:

Les prestations d’un grand hôtel dans un établissement à taille humaine, du petit déjeuner super qualitatif au coucher de soleil en terrasse en passant par le spa et les cocktails signature

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment charmant et aux petits soins, de manière agréable et détendue. La piscine est juste magnifique, la chambre est superbe et la literie vraiment incroyable. Le petit-dejeuner et restaurant sont également excellents. Rien à redire.

Pros:

Joli endroit, bien entretenu. Personnel accueillant.
L'accès spa disponible tard vraiment un plus.

Cons:

Quelques petites attentions plus personnelles au vu du prix des chambres. Petit cadeau des Açores , savon petit paquet de gâteaux ou autre .... pourraient être un plus. Ça ne coûte pas grand chose mais ça donne le ton.

Les snacks du restau proposés...sont bons mais une plus grande quantité auraient été appréciable.

Pourquoi ne pas mettre de l'huile d'eucalyptus ou menthol dans le hamam....

Massage. Ok bien. Un petit entretien avant pour définir les zones sensibles ou à traiter ...un plus.
L'après massage: un verre d' eau avec une feuille verte... pourrait être mieux.

Arrivée/ départ sur le parking : une aide pour les bagages aurait été la bienvenue.

Ce sont les détails qui changent le tout.

Beautiful property and amenities, with subpar service.
Pros:

The property is beautiful, and the facilities are aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. The food is delicious!

Cons:

We didn’t feel there was enough value for the price. The service was not friendly or attentive enough for the price of our stay. There appeared to be a lack of management and training. The service staff needs to be more proactive and attentive to guests that are paying for food, drinks and spa services to match the price tag.

un vrai moment de détente !
Pros:

C'est un très bel hôtel avec une super piscine intérieur extérieur plus sauna hammam.

Les chambres sont très belles

La vue sur la mer est magnifique et s'assoir au coucher de soleil sur les fauteuils extérieurs du bar est un moment sublime.

Pros:

It’s exactly as you would expect; a serene oasis with plenty of charm. The facilities, the staff, the view…. Definitely the best place to stay on the island. I would highly recommend Sensi to anyone visiting Sao Miguel.

We absolutely loved our stay, one of the best we’ve ever had. The welcome and consistent friendly approach from the staf

It felt like a tranquil haven of relaxation and peace. You felt nature all around you. The vibe was luxurious yet relaxed. The best service from the staff in a friendly, professional way. We were grateful for their knowledge of the island. Definitely ask for tips at reception if you plan to explore the island. The food was exceptional.

Nothing it was perfect.

Our stay at a Sensi Azores was simply magical. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful surroundings to the outstanding service. Dinner was phenomenal and the spa was incredibly relaxing after long day of exploring the island. This is truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We would love to come back one day.
