Stunning location but hotel not at the pestana level
Pros:

Location is stunning

Cons:

The hotel has to be renewed, it cannot be rated as a 5 stars hotel, bar and restaurant could be enhanced, terrace could be more comfortable, bathroom and room have to be renovated, breakfast is not as wonderful as the other pestana hotels

Excellent location , excellent staff, excellent rooms & excellent food. Well done.
Pros:

The breakfast and location exceeded expectations. A word about the staff , clearly well trained but also genuinely cared we were having an enjoyable break.

Pros:

Las vistas desde nuestra habitación. Despertar con este paisaje es maravilloso. El desayuno muy bien también. Muy cerca de Santa Lucía.

Cons:

Al hotel le falta alguna que otra reforma. Me ha parecido caro para lo que es. La piscina yendo por un camino. No se ve desde el hotel. Tiene buenas vistas tb. Cenamos un día haciendo reserva, pero la comida la preparan los camareros y tardan muchísimo. No era para lo que se supone un hotel de esta categoría.

Vergane glorie
Pros:

Het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras is zo mooi.
Ook heb je een groot zwembad. De bediening in de bar en ontbijt heet Arsenio maakt alles goed, vrolijke man die het naar je zin maakt.

Cons:

Het is echt vergane glorie, we zijn hier 20 jaar geleden ook geweest en er is sindsdien niet veranderd en is echt verouderd.
We hadden kamer 312, vlekken op de vloerbedekking, lampje op nachtkastje helemaal smerig, badkamer met schimmel op plafond. Verf van het raamkozijn bladert af.

Terrasstoelen buiten waren van riet, maar onder de kussens helemaal kapot. Terrasplanten bijna dood, en je moet zelf drankje halen als je op het terras zit. Plant in de hal bij binnenkomst ziet er niet uit.
