Easy to check in, friendly staff, great TV, enough space, a table and chairs, and most importantly a window. It was nice to stay. Great common area. If there is place on my next trip, I will definitely choose here again.

I thought it was cool that the hotel was walking distance to the `Palace and in the heart of Euljiro, which is a very cool and hip hang out spot for locals that is attracting more western tourists as well.
I don’t feel this hotel justifies its price tag for several reasons. First, the location is inconvenient for sightseeing. It’s far from 90% of Seoul’s main attractions, which added significant commute time to my day and made planning difficult.
Second, catching an Uber or taxi was a hassle. Because the area is so heavily congested, drivers frequently got stuck in traffic, leading to long wait times unless it was very late at night.
Third, the room layout was disappointing for the price. I booked a 'Super Double' (the tier just below the deluxe suite) and expected a separate shower and toilet area. Instead, showering completely flooded the bathroom, meaning I couldn't use the only mirror in the room or the toilet without getting my feet wet again.
Overall, this hotel might work if you've been to Seoul before and know your way around, but I wouldn't recommend it for first-time visitors.
The location is great, close to airport bus stop, the receptionists were always very friendly, willing to help and responded quickly to messages via booking. Comfy bed, quiet stay. I got there earlier and the room was ready before the planned checkin time and I appreciated it very much.
The room floor was a bit dusty. I just wish it was vacuumed a bit better.

Buena ubicación cerca del metro parada Jongno-gu , caminando en 20 minutos a myeongdong , limpieza buena ! Y servicio de lavadoras y secadoras , cocina ,sala de estar o cenar ...de 10!
Very nicely located about a 10 minute walk to the metro through the hanoks. Keypad door access and self check in were very smooth. Staff we saw were friendly. Communal area for cooking and washing machine in basement. Additional towels and toilet roll etc are very conveniently placed in a small shelving unit on each floor so you can help yourself. The staff then replace the next day meaning your room is left alone for your stay. Bins can be emptied yourself in the lobby. Microwave on each floor.
Shower room is proper Korean style (shower connected to sink) which some may not like. Dryer took hours to completely dry clothes so leave a good bit of time to complete your chore.

Great location, beautiful area with lots of restaurants, cafés and close to palaces and main sights. The room is comfortable and the hotel offers nice services like laundry.
Everything was fine.
The location was great, super easy to access cafes and restaurants. Very convenient for transit, especially being close to a airport bus stop. There was a scale in the lobby to weigh our luggage, which was helpful. And the staff allowed us to store our luggage in the lobby safely on our last day after checkout.
There was an awful sewage stench in the public areas of the building. We were holding our breath through the lobby and elevator. The hallway of our floor smelled like a mix of the stench and air freshener that was trying to cover it up. The mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable, it reminded me of camping and sleeping on the ground. We felt so sore from sleeping there.
Struttura molto ospitale con camere essenziali ma di buon gusto. Il vero punto di forza è lo staff: ringrazio di cuore la ragazza della hall per l’aiuto fondamentale ricevuto con una consegna (non avendo io un numero coreano). La posizione è perfetta, immersa in uno dei quartieri più belli e a pochi passi da molti punti d'interesse. Tornerei sicuramente qui se dovesse esserci occasione.
L'unica piccola nota riguarda la distanza dalla metropolitana: pur essendo in una posizione centralissima, la fermata più vicina non è immediata. Tuttavia, questo si traduce in una piacevole passeggiata tra i vicoli di un quartiere meraviglioso, rendendo il tragitto tutt'altro che pesante. P.s. la vista dalla finestra nella foto è dal corridoio e non dalla camera, la quale affacciava direttamente su un altro palazzo.
Lo staff è gentile e si possono lasciare le valigie
Il bagno è SCOMODISSIMO, la doccia è in mezzo al bagno senza pareti, quindi si allaga tutto e si bagnano gli oggetti che sono in bagno e poi bisogna camminare per la stanza con le ciabatte bagnate
