Pleasant stay with good location
Pros:

The pool with views over the rice fields was beautiful. The location is peaceful but still close to Hoi An, and the people were very friendly.

Cons:

The lodge is not as new as it appears in the photos.

Good location, but too many cleanliness, maintenance and noise issues for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property has a good location near the rice fields. The administrator was friendly, and the staff tried to resolve the water leak quickly. They also refunded the unused nights after we decided to leave early.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival: the slippers and bathroom mat were dirty, and there was a used cotton swab in the room. The room was also very small and had no proper table for eating or working.

There was a leak inside the wardrobe. The ceiling was wet, water was dripping onto the furniture and floor, and the room developed a damp smell. Ventilation was very limited. The wardrobe was later removed and the leak stopped, but nobody followed up to check whether the smell or discomfort remained.

Communication was difficult. The hotel was also very noisy during the weekend, with loud guests, singing, shouting, children running in the corridor, and noise from a neighbouring building.

Bottled water was charged separately, but this was not explained in advance.

I travel frequently and usually overlook minor issues, but there were too many problems for a comfortable stay.

Bon rapport qualité prix, accueil très chaleureux mais hôtel assez vieillot
Pros:

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux juste à côté, et des clients locaux (qui se lèvent très tôt : 5:30-6:00). Équipements assez vieillots et la propreté moyenne

Worth the money
Pros:

Comfortable room but very bright coming from bathroom windows. I didn't like that they tried to put me on the first floor (in front of the pool and the room also had an odd door that led straight to their kitchen) when there were available rooms upstairs. I asked to be moved and they said ok without issues

Nice stay in Hoi An
Pros:

Nice views over the rice paddies. Rather peaceful.

Cons:

A bit far from the old town (40min walk), but with the bicycle it was pleasant to ride there. The plus side is that you can escape the noise.
The A/C in the room was also not the best.

Average Stay - Great Location away from city centre
Pros:

The setting and location of the hotel in the rice paddy's made for a nice stay. Quite evenings with rural serenity. Staff is really friendly and accommodating

Cons:

The rooms seems to be runned down and old. They can definitely do with a repaint and slight renovation. The breakfast is very limited with no real options to choose from.

Es ist sehr schön grün, viele Reisfelder Unterkunft sehr schön
Pros:

Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmern richtig schön gereinigt die waren sehr schnell und fleißig. Wirklich über einem Monat in Vietnam. In diesem Hotel waren diese sehr fleißig die Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Könnte ein bisschen modernisiert werden, die Zimmer
