Pros:

Lovely location and very comfortable.

Cons:

We did not understand how breakfast worked. We thought there would be a buffet breakfast that we could register for in the morning but there was nothing there. Also clearer instructions at reception on how to access your room would be helpful.

Preis-Leistung ist ok
Pros:

Sehr ruhig, schön neu umgebaut, ausser die Balkone. Schönes Badzimmer und gutes Bett. Leider etwas eng alles.

Cons:

Leider ist niemand vor Ort, check in war blöd da uns niemand gesagt hat wo man den Code eingeben muss. Wir haben es logischerweise an der Schlüsselbox probiert da wir nicht gewusst haben, dass dies beim Zimmer passieren sollte. Mussten dann anrufen und warten bis jemand gekommen ist. Frühstück konnten wir nicht in der Unterkunft essen. Da niemand anwesend ist, kommt man schlecht zu Informationen. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, diese Information, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wird hatten wir auch nirgendwo vor der Buchung gelesen oder erhalten.
Allgemein ist es hübsch, Preisleistung ist ok aber der Service-Dienstleistungen schlecht oder besser gesagt hat Potenzial nach oben. Die Schweiz ist bekannt für starke Dienstleistungen bitte spart nicht daran, wäre schade wenn schon alles schön umgebaut wird😉😉.

Cons:

Das Hotel war aussen und in der Umgebung eine Katastrophe. Eingang Empfange alt und unübersichtlich. Das Bad war sehr schön,dass war es aber auch schon.

sehr hilfsbereites Personal, neue und schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Keine normal bediente Reception (um 14 Uhr), Annahme ist Self-Check-In. Etwas füherer Check-In daher mühsam.
Frühstück nicht im Hotel, sondern 5min Fussweg entfernt.
Keine Seife in der Dusche. Keine Getränke (zB Automat, Kaffeemaschine auf der Etage)

Zimmer war gepflegt, alles da was man braucht

Parkmöglichkeit

Cons:

Ansicht von aussen nicht einladend
Kein Personal vor Ort (was bei der Buchung nirgends so erwähnt wurde) und telefonisch unter den Notfallnummern beim Empfang in der Unterkunft niemand erreichbar

es war toll ,wir würden wieder buchen

wir haben ohne frühstück gebucht

Wlan habe ich nicht gefunden ,kein Cod gesehen.
Aber es war sehr gut dort.
Leider war kein Ansprechpartner dort.

Cons:

wenn wir mit frühstück gebucht hätten, könnten wir nicht im Hotel essen, das finde ich schade
aber es war sehr angenehm.
