Pros:

Ottima posizione. Comodo e buono ristorante "interno". Facile trovare parcheggio. Accolti splendidamente da un siracusano vero che ci ha riempito di ottimi consigli!

Pros:

Great location next to the marina and a bit of seashore. A new piazza in front of the building makes for endless people watching as well. Both dinner and breakfast were very good.

Cons:

Parking can be a challenge at the wrong time of day but there are always spots farther away.

Emplacement face au port avec une vue magnifique et à 15 min à pied d'ortigia.
Literie confortable et clim appréciable.
2 petites bouteilles fraîches à l'arrivée.
Parking gratuit dans la rue juste derrière.
Personnel accueillant et agréable (et appréciable qu'une personne parle francais).
La terrasse privée avec vue sur mer

Cons:

Manque un frigo (le bar ne peut contenir que 3 bouteilles)
Manque une chaise sur la terrasse (2 chaises pour 3).
Dommage que le restaurant ne propose pas également une restauration rapide (pizza tapas...)

Posizione in zona porto recentemente ammodernata con solo accesso pedonale. Ottima posizione per visita ad Ortigia.
Struttura affascinante e ben tenuta, accesso anche ad una terrazza promiscua per eventuale post cena con divanetti.
(accesso a due punti di balneazione zona porto, comunque sconsigliati per pulizia acqua. Meglio andare ad Ortigia, altro livello)

Cons:

Insonorizzazione stanza che dà sul lato strada, opposto all'ingresso - strada con passaggio fino a notte fonda. Disponibilità parcheggio auto limitata in quanto è su strada pubblica. Colazione non particolarmente ricca né varia. Frigorifero in stanza può contenere solo bottigliette piccole o oggetti di dimensione di una pesca, questo è un bel limite.

Bellissima vacanza
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, camera grande e accogliente. Di fronte al piccolo molo e soprattutto ad Ortigia che si raggiunge a piedi con una breve passeggiata.

Cons:

La struttura é bellissima ma necessita secondo me di una ristrutturazione soprattutto dei bagni che sono piuttosto datati. Però il servizio di manutenzione é stato velocissimo, ci hanno cambiato il soffione della doccia che non funzionava immediatamente.

Soggiorno perfetto con qualche dettaglio da migliorare

La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente ed è molto pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione, davvero ottima, e la cordialità di tutto il personale.

Cons:

La camera in sé era perfetta; l'unico neo è stato il bagno. Lo scarico del WC era parzialmente staccato dal muro e l'assenza di appendi-asciugamani rende la gestione dello spazio piuttosto scomoda. Nel complesso è un'ottima soluzione, basterebbe davvero poco per renderla impeccabile. 😊
