Pros:

Nice room and good location to visit the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security guard at the gate took care of our car all night.
Beautiful views of Tablw Mountain. Walking distance from some restaurants a shops

"The location is very convenient—right in the city center while still being an easy drive from the airport. It is also within walking distance of the Castle of Good Hope. The rooms are clean and modern. The study area by the front desk is great, featuring tables with electrical outlets that are perfect for getting some work done. There are also private booths in the back, which are ideal for virtual meetings. Additionally, the utensils in the room make it well-suited for long stays, and the breakfast café is very inviting.

Cons:

he front desk could explain how certain things work a bit better, such as where to find the Wi-Fi code and how to operate the window shades. The entrance is on a side street, making it a bit difficult to get into a car; you really need to step out onto the main street instead. Additionally, the concrete floors feel a bit cold. Lastly, breakfast could be more abundant, and an extra cup of coffee should definitely be free.

Beautiful and spacious rooms.
Generally quiet.

Cons:

The bed was too firm and uncomfortable.
Had to walk to the laundry room to fetch the iron and ironing board myself. Housekeeping does not bring it to your room themselves.
The view was not great and the surroundings are a bit dodgy.

Amazing modern Japandi Apartment Hotel
Pros:

Our Genius room upgrade was great. The apartment was well kitted out and the styling was amazing. I loved all the modern features including.

Cons:

The view from the level 2 room was not good as we looked straight onto a construction site. No parking on site and the staff weren't fully clear on the process, but we used the adjacent parking and given a acess card for a fee which ended up working well/
