Mooie kamers, maar jammer genoeg aan de straatkant met veel lawaai.
Pros:

Goeie bedden, prima douche!
Ligging in het centrum.

Cons:

Het straatlawaai. Eigenlijk is het een prachtige locatie, maar wij hadden pech dat op het pleintje een fuif bezig was met heel veel lawaai, en onze kamer lag dus aan die straatkant. Als dat lawaai stopte, hadden we in de vroege uurtjes toch ook wel wat straatlawaai van passerende jongeren.
Bij het ontbijt zat de zaal bijna helemaal vol en kon het personeel niet volgen met het opruimen van de tafels en de afwas van glazen en kommetjes. Dat was dus wat wachten en zoeken, en zelf personeel aanspreken om het in orde te maken... Maar verder wel genoeg keuze!

Vriendelijk personeel en propere kamer.

Cons:

Het leek alsof ik de luidruchtigste kamer heb gekregen naast de receptie. Veel lawaai van buiten en omringende kamer.

Pros:

Very good location. You can feel like on the water as the canal is just below the windows.

Cons:

Small rooms, bar that looks rather old and corridors that resemble hospital.
Staff is not particularly friendly or professional and made a mistake when giving as a wrong key to our room.

Pros:

Great location, the room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was excellent. There was also a sewing kit and a minibar. The room had air conditioning, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable.

Cons:

At the beginning of the stay, there was a strange smell in the room. The price is quite high.

Room in a four stars hotel
Pros:

This was a hotel, so no studio or room in an apartment. The staff was polite and ready to help. The room was spacious enough, also the bathroom. Was close to historic city center (canals, castel etc). It was a quiet zone (and we slept with the windows opened - don't worry they had very good AC).

Cons:

Maybe a coffe maker would have bine nicer than instant coffe.

Pros:

Grand établissement en hyper centre, idéal pour visiter la ville de Gand à pied.
Petit frigo dans la chambre et literie confortable.
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre donnant sur le canal, superbe !
Personnel efficace.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite et nombreuses toiles d'araignées sur les extérieurs des fenêtres.

De ligging, het personeel, en de bedden zijn super comfortabel. Ik heb vrijwel altijd de budgetroom kamer, maar deze is ontzettend fijn!!
