Good for sooo travelers
Pros:

Very well structured, everything's easy to understand and staff is very friendly. The capsules are clean and spacious, obviously there's some noise but earplugs are provided. Men's and women's spaces are clearly separated with access by key card only.

かわいいけど、設備、スタッフ対応はイマイチ
Pros:

内装がとても可愛いかった！

Cons:

シャワーの出し方、お湯の出し方がわからず、最初は水しか出なかった。いろいろ試したところ、お湯は出たが、シャワーが出せなくて困ったので夜にフロントに行ったがスタッフは不在。コールすると繋がったがすぐに行けないので次の日の朝7時に対応すると言われた。24時間体制のホテルにすればよかったと思った。
次の日、部屋まで来て対応してくれてやり方を教えてもらって解決しました。
また、部屋の空調が寒すぎてオートなので部屋のスイッチでオフを消しても、反応せず、ずっと寒かった。次の日は、オートモードを解除してもらったので解決したが次もまたこのホテルを利用することはなさそうです。
