No laundry service but that was no issue.

There was an emergency exit sign over our door that was fully lit during the night. We pointed it out to the staff and they gave us some tape to plaster a flyer over it.
It helped a little, but wasn’t a 100% fix. So if you’re a sensitive sleeper this and the noise from the street might be a problem.

You have enough space to open one luggage at a time but we didnt mind that.

You are pretty much forced to leave the hostel from 10AM to 3PM daily for housekeeping, and five hours feels very excessive (particularly for jet lagged international travellers). There are no kitchen facilities (fridge, cutlery etc.). Storage space for luggage is very limited.

・コンセントがおかしい。押し返してくるせいでドライヤーは片手でコンセントをおさえながらする羽目になり、スマホの充電器は（抜けないように枕でおさえていたものの）寝ている間に抜けてしまい、翌日困った。
・手荷物預かりありと書いてあるがチェックイン前に行くと実際には何時間か無料のコインロッカーを案内されるだけである。朝預けて一日観光して戻った結果追加料金を支払うことになった。一度チェックインしてしまえばホテルの中に置いておける。予約ページのどこかに注意を書いておくべき。
・シャンプーが切れていた

浴室整體乾淨，但是周末人多的時候地板會積水，周末越到晚上浴室的清潔程度會越糟，建議要再宣導旅客隨手擦拭洗手台或者改善浴室的水流外漏問題；床位的話碰運氣，如果住到門邊會蠻吵的，住到內側的話品質就很好，畢竟整個寢室有二十幾床，周末滿房時進出還是會有干擾。

I had booked a 9 night stay and Drip and Drop hostel, however was very disappointed by the facility so after only staying 1 night I moved to a different accommodation for the remainder of my time in Seoul.

The main issues are that the ventilation is extremely noisy to the point it makes sleeping very difficult and I barely slept the whole night. I was sick the last few days before arriving as well so losing sleep was very frustrating for me, i could only sleep for less than 4 hours and this certainly didn’t help my cold improve.

I asked the staff about this the next day, and they said there is not much they can do about the ventilation due to the time of year (they said it gets too cold with windows open). However as a guest, I think being a hostel, they should have ventilation that is quiet as a bare minimum.

They have guest rules about not arranging luggage and having phones on silent in the rooms, but these are utterly pointless rules when the room is so noisy anyway. The space for luggage is super small as well, so very hard to rearrange things when you can't take much luggage in the capsules.

Also they play very loud music in the mornings starting at 9am each day and do not turn it off on request.

Further, they also require all guests to vacate the rooms from 10am to 3pm for housekeeping. This seems like a ridiculous rule, as a traveler having restricted access to a bed seems very unfair when i have paid for it!!!

Maybe if you are a very heavy sleeper you would be ok, but I was so disappointed by this place as it was advertised as a ‘quiet place’ with rules to ask guests to be quiet, only to ruin this with the super loud ventilation. Was very frustrating.
