Friendly staff. Large room and large shower area
Water damaged floor boards, hard bed, soft pillows. Blocked drain causing flooding. Loud area with honking and street vendors playing loud sales pitches. Pub next door open and loud til 3am every night.

Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and near a paddleball club which was cool to see. Room was ready at 2pm and there was a lovely gentleman to help with bags.
Stayed two nights, no housekeeping service on the second day. A bit loud throughout the night and early morning. Lots of street noise even from the 10th floor.

Máy lạnh thì quạt quá mạnh, gió chĩa thẳng vào người, bấm giảm không được đã vậy còn ồn. Đang tắm thì bị nghẹt cống, mở lên thì phát hiện ở dưới toàn rác vụn của khách trước không ai dọn. Dịch vụ quá kém và lươn lẹo.

The property was clean and super close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and local stalls around for food. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with any concerns we had too.
We had some reviews saying the noise is very bad, luckily we weren’t too effected as our room was on level 11 so noise got drained out a bit but any floors much lower would’ve been a big problem and the walls between rooms were very thin which would also be an issue if you got stuck to noisy neighbours. The roomsalso had some bugs and ants running around but weren’t of that much concern

Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. I had an wonderful time at the hotel. From the warm welcome, friendly faces to the feeling that you are at a high class resort. The front desk staff Tuan Anh was amazing. He made sure that everything was in order & handled accordingly. The concierge service was absolutely fantastic.
The quality service that the Bellman, Huynh Tuan Phat delivered, was impeccable!! He took care of the luggage from beginning to the end of my trip. He even walked me to my taxi & stored my luggage. He deserves to be cherished & be well taken care of at this establishment. He delivers a customized experience.
The facilities were spotless, with great aesthetic, detailed decors, and with a sophisticated look. The location is walking distance to restaurants, shops, & My Khe beach. It was the best experience ever!!!
I didn't like how the rooms are all connected by an adjoining door.
They fulfilled my special request! Plus room was absolutely clean, very helpful staff, location was perfect.
