The owner and all the staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. The location is a bonus.
Pros:

The place is well connected. The owner and the staff are helpful. The rooms are spacious and value for money.

Cons:

Heavy traffic probe area which is a Delhi problem I guess. Other than that can't think of anything.
