Pros:

- top preis leistung!
- grosses zimmer: doppelbett mit beamer als tv, couch, tisch mit stuhl zum arbeiten, voll ausgestatt mit waschmaschine und waschmittel, küche, grosses badezimmer.
- lage direkt in der innenstadt: 2 malls direkt vor der haustür eine mit geschäften und eine mall nur mit essen in beiden befinden sich auch michelin guide restaurants die erstklassig sind
- täglicher zimmerservice obwohl es mehr ein appartment ist.
- im selben gebäudekomplex befinden sich mehrere spas die gefühlt 24 stunden geöffnet sind. habe mich jeden abend massieren lassen (ohne happy end!)

la ubicación es excelente. metro buses taxis todo a metros del depto. Piso alto muy luminoso, silencioso, amplio. Muy limpio todo.
personal amable.
tenia cocina
nos dieron muchas botellas de agua.
tenia lavarropas. cocina a gas. lavavajillas y extractor. Hervidor. heladera grande con freezer. pileta para lavar los platos
había 2 tasas y 2 vasos ( éramos 3 adultos)
muy buenas luces
camas muy cómodas y buenas almohadas.
baño pequeño pero cómodo, jabón liquido y toallas bien.
aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes.

Cons:

la ubicación publicada es un poco confusa: es la otra entrada del edificio que suele estar cerrada, sin la llave no se puede entrar . hay que entrar por la puerta que da a la avenida ir al sexto piso hacer el check-in y de ahí subir a la torre correspondiente( son varias).
el personal no habla nada de ingles. Solo traducción por pH.
la cocina no tenia microondas, ni tabla de planchar ni plancha. en la reserva decía que si.
LO IRONICO es que no tenia un solo utensilio de cocina.( sartén ,olla, etc.)
ni nada de vajilla por lo menos ( 1 cuchara, 1 tenedor 1 cuchillo ).no se podía cocinar o calentar nada.
las habitaciones un poco chicas. un lado de la cama pegado a la ventana.

l'espace dans l'appartement et la situation geographique

Cons:

La cuisine n’était pas suffisamment équipée. À part deux verres, il n’y avait presque rien à disposition : pas d’ustensiles, pas de casseroles, pas de poêles, ni de vaisselle nécessaire pour préparer un repas. Je ne comprends donc pas vraiment l’utilité d’avoir un grand réfrigérateur et un lave-vaisselle si les voyageurs ne peuvent pas cuisiner sur place. C’est dommage, car une cuisine fonctionnelle aurait vraiment amélioré le séjour.

Si tratta di un vero appartamento con cucina e lavatrice, davvero un ottimo posto che consiglio a pieno, posizione centrale e comoda, c’è anche un video proiettore che funge da TV

Pros:

We got a flat with two bedrooms as advertised and other facilities as described.

Cons:

The flat we got was not the same as the one on the pictures.
Lights at the bathroom sink were missing, so the only mirror in the flat was almost unusable.
One of the bedrooms was fully occupied by the bed, from wall to wall.

Shenzhen muy caótico de tecnología cero.
Pros:

Me gustó que la gente de limpieza estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto.

Cons:

La habitación es muy pequeña.
La cama es muy dura.
La tele sino pagas no funciona.
El inodoro está dentro de la ducha necesitas secar todo y sacar el papel porque todo se inunda.
Muestran cocina pero no hay utensilios ni nada para cocinar. Solo 1 pava eléctrica y dos tazas sin cuchara para revolver un café.
Los taxis no encuentran la dirección jamás, te dejan siempre a 4/7 cuadras de distancia.
Tenés que llegar a la habitación en dos partes.
Primero se ingresa al 6to piso y luego tenés que encontrar la torre que te fue asignada. Si llueve te mojas mucho.
Las chicas de recepción no son muy amigables. Sos un número para ellas no un huésped.
Las vistas son a un edificio en construcción.
Entiendo que está cerca del metro pero en china no funciona alipay por ende tenés q moverte en taxi o caminando.
Está sobre una avenida que es linda pero todo queda a 20 minutos por taxi. No te muevas caminando porque nadie respeta al peatón. Motos y bicicletas se suben arriba de las veredas cruzan semáforo en rojo es muy caótica la ciudad.

Great apartments in Futian, Shenzhen
Pros:

The location is great. It's right across the street from stores, restaurants and shopping malls. Gangxia station (subway) is next to the building providing access to both line 1 and 10. The apartment has a good layout and is well equipped.

Cons:

Just one improvement: some cutlery, plates and bowls would be nice.

Great location, very average property
Pros:

The location is exceptional , steps away from the mall , plaza , subway and infinite restaurants options
But the apartment was very small , smelling of smoke even tho I asked for a NON SMOKING as I have small kids , the cleaning not really great , the cleaner would just come in without knocking or ringing randomly
No option to put a “do not enter “ on the door
Only 1 aces card was provided which is not great for a family and ZERO utensils in the kitchen, like nothing which is absurd if you offer an apartment with kitchen
