We were here for a visa at the US consulate. Near the US consulate for a visa. Beds were cosy and comfortable.
Location is in dense auto garages all around. Good only for a 1 night stay. All rooms only nothing else.

in absence of Mr Shetty we ask team to clean room on second day room was not clean
brake fast was part of package but not served said its not part of package who do arguing with staff for 200 inr breakfast spoiled day in free food .
Laundry given for washing on20th Morning around 10 Am on 22nd morning laundry given back which are unwashed
mid be staff don't have value for guest its good for those people who take extra facility but not for neutral person
the Auto guys waiting outside are scammers ... just walk down to the embassy ... dont use their services .. they even claim that they can help u bypass the queue .. which is bullshit ..

It's good for staying for official purpose.
Staff were not helpful. There was a complimentary breakfast in my booking. I called kitchen in the morning but they refused that I have any complimentary breakfast, later they sent bread and butter in the room, throw it in the table. Very disappointing from staff.
The staff at reception was really good. Receptionist Rajat was so nice and helpful.
Worst hotel ever. There was nothing good about this hotel
Upon the check-in there was a guy in reception and he asked me to do the payment, in the booking’s it was showing around 2800 inclusive of tax.and he charged me around 3400 but I did not ask or argue with him i just simply did paid and the guy took us to the room and then the room was so horrible there was so many mosquitoes whole night I couldn't sleep I did not even sleep for half an hour and I check in late around 11:30 pm and around 12 o'clock there was a lot of noise coming from the reception and the room the linen was smelly the blanket was smelly and it's so dirty and I mean three star hotel but if it is a three star hotel at least there should be a water bottle it was empty .I asked the guy to bring the toilet paper and the good knight for mosquito he said ok but he did not bring..there was empty hotel just a bed and washroom so very disappointed and they need to the maintenance because even the AC it was not working properly to be honest it was the worst experience ever..
