Die Mitarbeiter waren aussergewöhnlich Hilfsbereit und nett.
Um unser Zimmer zu erreichen, müssten wir hoch zu 5. OG und dann mit anderem Aufzug oder Treppe in 4. OG fahren.
The hotel is well located on Istiklal street walking distance to Taskim Square for Metro, Taxi, and Galata Tower. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. I loved the paintings. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. We also got an upgrade. That was a pleasant surprise. Mr Gurken is such a pleasant person, helped us in the Metro and with our luggage. It's also a safe area. We are definitely coming back again.
If you have a light sleep then the noise from the bubbly Istiklal street might disturb you. We were too tired to be bothered and we got used to it.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε φοβερή τοποθεσία , πεντακάθαρο, οι υπάλληλοι φοβερά εξυπηρετικοί, ευγενικοί και πάντα με το χαμόγελο ! Μας καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα το δωμάτιο και μας έβαζαν κάθε μέρα ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι δωρεάν και τσάι και καφέ ! Επίσης έχει όλα τα προϊόντα περιποίησης (σαμπουαν, αφρολουτρο).
Είναι στο κέντρο του Ταξίμ δίπλα από μέτρο, τραμ, λεωφορεία και ταξί! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Περάσανε υπέροχα ! Εννοείται αν ξαναπάω Κωνσταντινούπολη εκεί θα μείνω!

The only thing I liked about this accommodation was its location. Other than that, everything was below average and did not meet my expectations.
The staff, especially at reception, were very unfriendly and often came across as rude and unnecessarily blunt. There was no welcoming smile or sense of hospitality at all.
They only provide one bottle of water per day, and when I asked for another bottle, I was simply told that I could buy one from the market. The housekeeping was also disappointing. The staff would bang on the door when trying to enter the room, and there was no proper option to indicate whether or not you wanted your room cleaned.
The reception staff were also quite rude toward guests' visitors. When my friend came to drop me at the hotel, they questioned him about how long he would be staying, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
There were also lots of bugs in the room, with no insect repellent provided. Overall, the experience made me feel as though I was staying there for free rather than being a paying guest.
Despite the good location, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to my family or friends.

Amazing stay! The hotel was super clean and beautiful! The staff were absolutely wonderful — so friendly, kind, professional and always willing to help. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
