We loved the level of comfort provided. The beds and pillows were super cozy and snug, and we were able to rest and relax in the apartment. Having a washing machine and dryer helped with our trip. We enjoyed the fresh air in the terrace (the view is of buildings and not exactly the best). Seeing seagulls on the terrace was interesting and fun. The cleaning staff was lovely and helpful. All staff were nice and friendly; Mr. Gurken and Mr. Hussein were aslo hospitable and helpul. Overall our stay was pleasant.
Sometimes an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom.
Location was perfect , the front desk staff are amazing and helpful. Hussein is a superstar and goes out of his way to assist.
Taxi/transfers access - but the staff assist to get you to a collection point so that's a bonus

The location is perfect and the hotel + staff is 5 star - It's on the main istkilal street and pretty convenient with all amenities.

Man wird sehr gut empfangen. Wir wurden bis zum Zimmer begleitet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Zimmermädchen haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt.
Gürkan hat uns bei der Abreise bis zur Tür begleitet und war über freundlich.
Ich kann diese weiter empfehlen!
Ich habe verschiedene Kommentare gelesen die von lärm berichten. Jeder, der auf dieser Strasse ein Hotel bucht, muss wissen, dass es eine lebendige Strasse ist, die auch ein Nachtleben hat. Das ist absolut normal für diese Region.

Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gürkan hat uns bei Abreise auch bis zur Türe begleitet.
Auch die Putzkraft ist sehr freundlich und macht einen guten Job, jeder Wunsch wurde erwidert.
Провели в этом отеле 8 дней, и всё было на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить шумоизоляцию — она просто идеальная. Отель находится на центральной, довольно шумной улице, поэтому мы немного переживали, что будет сложно отдыхать. Но в номере не было слышно абсолютно ничего с улицы. А благодаря очень плотным шторам создавался полный блэкаут. Несмотря на то, что мы мало спали, качество сна было отличным.
Отдельное спасибо персоналу на ресепшене — всегда отзывчивые, доброжелательные и готовые помочь по любому вопросу. Каждый день приносили воду и всё необходимое.
Также очень понравилась локация: всё находится буквально в нескольких шагах — кафе, рестораны, места, где можно вкусно поесть и приятно провести время. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель и с удовольствием вернёмся снова!
