Superb
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful boutique feel hotel, spotlessly clean and lovely staff. The location is excellent and they have a shuttle boat to the other side and a beautiful beach as well as snorkel equipment and kayaks and paddle boards. Cannot recommend enough.

Tasteful, beautiful, perfect stay!
Pros:

Loved the colonial style, very historical.
Beautiful decor, very helpful, friendly staff.
Room was very comfortable and the best was the daybed in the porch!!!
The little boat ride to the Boom restaurant is fun

Tranquil setting in a well-located area for walks, restaurants and other attractions

Historic charm, understated luxury complemented by a relaxed atmosphere, and great service.

We loved the waterside restaurant and especially the waiter service for breakfast. Much nicer than the buffet breakfast that most hotels offer. On top of this, the setting within a historic dock yard was fantastic, never over-busy but always something happening. We also loved the water taxi, as the resort is on both sides of the harbour. What's more, the taxi will take you to a fantastic beach and beach bar too.

Staff, view, lobby, breakfast, pool area and restaurant

Cons:

the room was a little disappointing . We knew it was a Loft in a heritage property but it was a little tight, and the 'view' looked straight out into the Museum area. We found the Boat yard was very active early , so if you like a lie in this is not for you. Fortunately we were early risers, hikers. and swimmers so not a problem.

In the garden by the restaurant is a 'dead water' spot where the column are. It smelt a little and would benefit for some circulation with fresh sea water.

Good old-fashioned hotel with superior restaurant
Pros:

The room was spacious, all appliances were working well, stuff was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good, with a lot of options to choose from.

Cons:

The interior of the room could be improved. It looked rather old, and I didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t separated by a full-height solid wall. Because of this, it felt quite chilly to take a shower while the room’s air conditioning was on.

I also didn’t like that the door to the barracks was not self-closing, meaning anyone could come in. I would have preferred it to have a door closer and a magnetic lock installed, so that only people with smart cards could enter.

One of my favourite places to visit , love to come back as it’s so relaxing . The staff are brilliant, the food is great

un merveilleux hotel
Pros:

beauté de la maison et de la vue de la chambre, proximité d'une très jolie plage et gentilesse du personnel. Nous avons adoré l'hotel et le conseillerons à nos amis et nos proches sans hésiter. On se sent comme à la maison. Le plus : les massages sont formidables

le petit déjeuner est très bien mais c'est la seule chose qui pourrait éventuellement être améliorée

Pros:

What can I say, this is a unique, amazing place. It’s a piece of paradise. The service is very good, the staff is friendly, polite and welcoming.
This is a place where you can come to relax. The beds are comfy, the ac works perfectly. The rooms are the perfect size.
The food at the restaurant is excellent
They have a boat that takes you directly to Galleon beach where you can snorkel

Cons:

I would put better blinds on every window. Because at the moment the blinds let a lot of light in. Which wakes you up as soon as the sun comes out.
The last day there was a cockroach in our room.
The breakfast is good but very pricey
