Me he quedado en este hotel por mi trabajo. Siempre consideré justo el precio por el servicio. Pero ahora que renté por mi cuenta me dieron una habitación horrible, no tenía ventilación el baño, ni siquiera shampoo dejaron. Me decepcioné por el hecho de encontrar una buena oferta por aplicación, no debería implicar que te den la peor habitación de todas. La habitación estaba enseguida del almacén de limpieza y siempre que salía estaba lleno de carritos de limpieza o cubos de cosas
No tuvimos luz en el baño por dos noches, en está segunda nos cambiaron de habitación sin alguna ayuda, solo el cambio de habitación y una sola persona tuvo que mover todo sola, así mismo el area de comedor al hablar para un servicio al cuarto no atendió nadie el telefono, y luego de ir me percato que se encuentra cerrado sin cumplir con el horario estipulado dentro del menú que nos otorgan en la habitación
Un lugar muy cómodo y con buen restaurante, además de el trato siempre fue muy amable y eficiente.
