At a Luxury location you expect to find basic things, like liquid soap in the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in the existing containers that were empty. In the kitchen, although there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, there could have been at least 2 capsules for the first day, etc.

Very Boxy and small , and having Hot tub just feet away from your bed , was a none- Starter as released lots condensation / wet feeling in the Room . Most of the area had a tired feeling and definitely not Bespoke . Small windows with obstructive Bars on windows and blinds struggle to close / Windows stiff . Bucket next to Hot tub full of dirty smelly water . .

Sauberkeit, Bettdecken, Einrichtungen die kaputt waren (Tisch, Wasserhahn Lavabo, Handtuchhalter, Türgriff)

We had been working for months and were looking forward to finally relaxing, having fun, and unwinding on our vacation. Unfortunately, this place is definitely not suitable for that.
The cleanliness was very poor. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a bad smell. Everything was dusty. When we tried to open the windows to get rid of the odor, an even worse smell came in. This is because the apartment is located at street level and on a corner, where unfortunately people—and even dogs—urinate against the wall, and the smell comes inside.
There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom at all. We also found someone else’s hair in our bed.
The jacuzzi makes the place look luxurious, but honestly, it brings nothing but disappointment.

La bañera estaba sucia y sacamos un montón de pelos del desagüe

Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Besonders das Badezimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. In der Dusche stand noch schmutziges Wasser mit Seifenresten und der Abfluss lief kaum ab. Zudem waren deutliche Schmutz- und Schimmelspuren an den Rändern und Wänden sichtbar. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr unhygienisch. Außerdem hat es im Badezimmer teilweise stark nach Abfluss bzw. wie nach einem Dixi-Klo gerochen.

Der vorhandene Whirlpool war ebenfalls nicht sauber – darin lagen noch Haare und zudem verliert der Whirlpool bereits Düsen, was einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck macht.

Auch das Bett war problematisch: Das Bettgestell hat sich ständig verschoben und das Laken ist immer wieder abgegangen, sodass ein normaler Schlaf kaum möglich war.

Zusätzlich gibt es unter der Tür zur Straße einen großen Schlitz. Dadurch hört man wirklich jedes Geräusch von draußen sehr laut, was den Lärmpegel in der Wohnung deutlich erhöht und den Schlaf zusätzlich stört.

Insgesamt entspricht der Zustand der Wohnung leider nicht dem, was man von einer Ferienunterkunft erwartet.


Unser Fazit lautet: Mehr Schein als Sein!!!!!
Was mich noch mehr verärgert, dass im vorraus ja schon viele schlechte Bewertungen da waren und es den Besitzer scheinbar kein Stück juckt, Abzocke, verbringt euren wohlverdienten Urlaub woanders!!!!

El suelo resbaloso o sucio, poca ventilación, una copa y rota y el baño poca limpieza, olía mal.Apartamento muy buena ubicación preparado y diseñado para una noche pero muy poco mantenido

Está a pie de calle

El apartamento está a pie de calle, el anuncio dice a tiene vistas y las vistas son la gente q pasa a un metro de la cama que por cierto es incómoda no, es lo siguiente te hundes en ella,en la cocina encontramos una copa, una taza, dos vasos y una cuchara. El jacuzzi funciona mal y le faltan piezas está para tirar pero lo más gracioso es encontrar al lado de él una cubitera llena de agua retenida. En el baño el toallero está a punto de caerse, la ducha está rota y pierde agua por arriba y por abajo,los jaboneros de la pared están vacíos y el ventilador que hay encima de la puerta está lleno de polvo.
La mesa que hay para desayunar baila como si fuera de goma o estuviera rota.
Se nota que los dueños no pasan por ahí para nada, ahora mismo ese apartamento, que por cierto es muy pequeño y ruidoso, está dejado de la mano De Dios.
