A localização é perfeita para quem vai apanhar o barco. No meu caso eu fiz a reserva a última da hora, porque perdi o barco público para Mano Juan e gostei bastante do alojamento. A Ângela foi super simpática e divertida. Por mais funcionários assim.
Todos o espaço é moderno. Diria só para melhorarem o chuveiro, mas até isso foi bem ok.

Disappointing, many basic issues

Okay for one night for it’s value

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bathroom faucet was not working, and the electrical outlets were not working either. The beds were uncomfortable, especially the single bed, which was very uncomfortable because of the springs.

There was a lot of humidity in the room, particularly on the walls and ceiling. There wasn’t even any soap available to wash our hands. We also had a lot of mosquitoes, likely because of the trees outside the balcony.

The Wi-Fi did not work properly on the third floor. We had to keep trying different networks just to get connected, which was a waste of time, especially when we needed internet while traveling. The bathroom was very hot and humid all the time.

The swimming pool was also not clean.

Thankfully, we only stayed for one night. Based on our experience, there are several areas that need significant improvement.

Excelente ubicación con buen desayuno.
Pros:

El desayuno era excelente, la ubicación del hotel es al lado del mar, pero la playa mas cercana está a dos cuadras. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, y se puede tomar las excursiones a la isla Saona en la misma playa. El personal del hotel no tiene supervisión. Son amables , pero ineficientes. No hay limpieza profunda de áreas comunes, no son serviciales. Pero es una actitud generalizada en RD. Por lo que no culparía tanto al hotel. Sin embargo si hubiera mas supervisión, el hotel sería perfecto.

Cons:

Había que pedir todo. No hay proactividad.
