Eu amei o conforto da cama e a qualidade do chuveiro

Ralo do banheiro estava entupido e a agua nao descia,dava descarga e na base do vaso vazava agua , o wifi nao conectava no meu aparelho e no do meu marido, televisao do quarto extremamente torta, tentamos arrumar mas sem êxito.

Pros:

As instalações carecem de melhor cuidado. No banheiro, o que se observa é um trabalho de contenção de vazamentos na pia feito de modo tosco. O cesto de papel higiênico usado é aberto, sem tampa. Há apenas uma mesinha de cabeceira do lado direito da cama. O elevador usa um sistema de cartão para acesso aos andares, sem prévia orientação no check-in. O aparelho de tv estava desligado e com o cabo de antena partido, sendo necessária a presença da manutenção no quarto já em uso. Em suma, há descuido e/ou desinteresse no gerenciamento do hotel.
