Pros:

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Our friends were celebrating their 1st wedding anniversary. When they went to their room there was a complimentary bottle of prosecco on ice waiting for them. Thanks to all the staff for making their anniversary special and for the congratulations note from all the team left on their bed.

Pros:

Location was amazing, staff were beyond helpful, never heard a sound from other quests or from the public outside. Immaculately clean. Would definitely stay again. Didn't realise you got pastries and tea or coffee every morning fir breakfast at no extra cost.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about.

I had been recommended by a friend and am so glad I was. I’ve found my favourite place to stay when I’m up in Liverpool.

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Located in the middle of town centre, very close to the train station, short walk to the street with many restaurants and it is literally in the middle of shopping centre. Very quiet!!! Lovely coffee and fresh pastries in the morning. All facilities are very secure and exceptionally clean.
