Mala comunicación con los propietarios.

La ubicacion

Cons:

Los propietarios no se pusieron en contacto para decirnos la contraseña para coger la llave. Envié tres mensajes avisando de la hora que íbamos a llegar y no recibimos respuesta. Una vez allí tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para que nos la dieran. Casi hora de espera en la calle para poder entrar al apartamento. Se excusaron diciendo que habían tenido problemas con la plataforma booking (que casualidad).

Pros:

Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und es war super sauber. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Die Lage ist nicht perfekt aber trotzdem kommt man gut überall hin.

Magnifiquement situé et très beau ! Spacieux, propre, coin cuisine top.

Seul petit bémol, il faisait très froid à Prague quand nous y sommes allés et le chauffage était insuffisant

Una estancia fantástica en un alojamiento muy especial.
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, ya que está cerca del Puente de Carlos IV sin ser una calle ruidosa y con opciones para cenar. La reforma está muy conseguida.
Está en el último piso, pero tengo la suerte de que mis padres con 70 años, siguen en forma 😀
Cuenta con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Las almohadas no eran de nuestro gusto. Echamos de menos enchufes cerca del sofá cama.

Appartement proche du château
Pros:

L'emplacement, proche du châtea, du monastère, et très facile d'accès au centre historique. Très propre et appartement bien équipé. Restaurant ouvert le midi, très pratique également et personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Juste un peu déçue de la vue car notre appartement était au premier étage vue sur cour intérieure, donc l'appartement n'était pas lumineux comme sur les photos et avec aucune vue sur le château.

Duży i wygodny apartament tuż pod Zamkiem i przy moście Karola
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko Mostu Karola i Zamku, a zarazem bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Wygodny i przestronny apartament z dwoma oddzielnymi pokojami i prywatną łazienką. Na dole przytulna kawiarnia.

Cons:

Brak szczotki i zmiotki oraz pieprzu i soli ale dało sie przeżyć😄

Hieno vanha alue, lyhyt matka linnalle ja Kaarlen sillalle.
Tori lähellä.
Ravintolat, kahvilat ja kauppa lähellä.
Monilinjainen raitiovaunupysäkki lähellä, metrollekkaan ei pitkä matka.
Primavera kahvilassa hyvä valikoima.

Cons:

Huoneistossa niukasti laskutiloja tavaroille.
Haastavat portaat yläkertaan, ei hissiä.
Veden saannissa voi olla välillä ongelmia yläkerrassa.

Pros:

Nous avons été bien accueilli par le propriétaire, la chambre était très belle, comfortable, la literie est comfortable, nous avions vue sur la rue mais c'était très calme.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, la rue mène vers le château, c'est l'une des rues les plus historiques de Prague. Attention ça monte un peu, il faut compter environ 10 minutes pour arriver au bus. Mais vous êtes à 20 minutes du Pont Charles, tout se fait facilement à pied.
Il y'a un restaurant à l'hôtel où vous pouvez prendre un petit déjeuner et déjeuner, c'était très bon et la serveuse était très sympathique. Petite ristourne appréciable étant client de l'hôtel.
Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos valises à l'hôtel en attendant de prendre notre avion, ce qui nous a permis de continuer à visiter Prague avant de partir.

Cons:

Il manquait juste une deuxième lampe de chevet, mais en vrai rien à redire, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel !

Pros:

La struttura è carinissima e molto pulita. Il personale è stato disponibile e super accogliente. La posizione è davvero eccellente: molto vicina al centro storico, subito sotto al castello e in un quartiere elegante, centrale e tranquillo!

Would not recommend
Pros:

We were in apartment B5 and our feelings are pretty mixed. What we liked was that the bed is really comfortable and we slept well. The location is perfect. The staff looked and were pretty polite.

Cons:

As I said, we were in room B5. We had a “courtyard view.” The building is built around a central open space where you have an open walkway in order to get to your room. The view is basically the inside of the building, just looking at the windows of other people’s rooms/apartments. That wouldn’t be a problem if the walkway wasn’t situated outside, where you can glimpse into people’s rooms while walking by. On one side of the courtyard there’s a neighboring building wall where they have a restaurant, and the ventilation from it is pointed directly at the courtyard. They start cooking at around 9:30 - 10 in the morning. Some of the smell would get into the room because the front door is just a regular door with no noise or smell insulation. The same goes for the window - old, single pane, small, with very little natural light coming through it.

Which brings me to my next issue: security. You just need one kick to bring down both the door and the window and you are in the room. THE ROOM DOES NOT HAVE AN AC UNIT. THE ROOM DOES NOT HAVE AN AC UNIT. It would get really stuffy at night, so we had to sleep with the window cracked open, which brings me back to the previous security issue. There is a real possibility of someone getting in, as the walkway is right outside the room. There is no safe either, so if you have valuables you have to keep them on your person at all times.

The bed is really comfortable, but you have around 20 cm of space between it and the walls on both sides, even less on one side. I don’t know how the other rooms are, but seeing how the building is constructed, I would assume that only a maximum of 6 rooms are worth staying in, because they would point to the street and would have more privacy and the rest are situated on the inside of the building.

The room is okay, but for the amount of money they charged us we could have gotten a far better room in a hotel a few buildings down the street.

Pros:

Posizione favolosa, ottimo punto di partenza per girare Praga a piedi.
Appartamento piccolo ma pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario per breve e piacevole soggiorno.
Nota importante: appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato non è adatto a passeggini e persone con ridotta mobilità: si raggiunge solo con scala. Inoltre, via Nerudova è in salita (è la strada che porta al castello)
