Lovely Hotel. Very helpful staff and a great restaurant

The hotel room and location was convenient and ideal, however we would never eat in the restaurant.

The hotel room was comfortable and the location was ideal

Cons:

We dined in their restaurant both on the outward journey and our return. The service and the food was very poor for the cost. On both occasions my food was delivered with items missing and I was only told they were unavailable when my meal was delivered. The staff seemed poorly trained and seemed indifferent. A paperclip was found in my food, which had to be returned.

Pros:

De ligging en redelijk mooie kamers

Cons:

Geen bekertjes of extra toiletartikelen, buiten zeep en douchegel en shampoo. Eten was matig en ontbijt was niet echt verzorgd, roerei was meer een brij en de vliegen zaten op het beleg. Bediening was erg onprofessioneel!

Douche de la piscine ne fonctionne pas ,lumière de piscine qui traine autour,transat de piscine pas nettoyé et coussin sale.

Pros:

Freindly staff , excellent breakfast , could not do enough , asked for a room close to reception as our dog can not walk very far and they could not be more accommodating, good location ,

Cons:

Nothing , would definitely stay again , either visiting rouen , or as stop on our trip to the south

Was good for 6 hour rest for a drive to Portugal

Hotel is great looking and entrance, bedroom is out dated, kettle was so small did not bother to make a warm drink

Disappointing!
Pros:

It was in a very good quiet location, but near the arena and other shops.

Cons:

We thought the staff were poorly trained, especially in the restaurant. We never got the wine we ordered. Gave up after the second delivery! Waited 15 min at the bar, whilst one man serving a the other filling up bottles etc, whilst there was a queue.
The room was nice and quiet, but to put a plastic mattress cover on the bed, when the temperature outside was 32 degrees was nuts. Air con was good
Also one of the reasons we booked the hotel was because it had EV charging. However it didn’t say that they were Tesla only!! There was a charging station 1km away.

Slechte organisatie in restaurant. Niet voor ouderen.
Pros:

Mijn kamer was prima op orde.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is slecht geregeld. Voldoende keuze, maar het personeel is kennelijk niet in staat om aan te vullen op essentiéle onderdelen. Als het wat drukker wordt, ontstaat er een chaos in dat veel te nauwe doorgangsgangtje romd het buffet. Het is hemelsregend hoe ouderen, slecht ter been, hun onbijt bij elkaar moeten sprokkelen. Hulp van het personeel? Die zijn druk met met hun eigen probleem. Als je Frans spreekt, maak je een kans.

Super sejour tant que l’affuence est maîtrisée
Pros:

L’emplacement, le confort des chambres et les équipements (piscine, salle de sport). Vraiment très agréable pour une famille

Cons:

Avec l’affluence le buffet au petit déjeuner demeure étroit et difficile de circuler. La carte du restaurant devrait proposer autre chose que des frites en accompagnement des plats chauds pour donner plus de choix, idem pour le menu enfant.
