Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel room was okay and the staff who helped us carry luggage and room service were helpful.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit cleaner, and the AC was very noisy and sometimes too cold or not cold at all. The place where the AC was fixed is moldy. The bathroom could be cleaner, and we did not get any hot water at all and health faucet was not working. The receptionist at the front desk wasn't very helpful at all.

Cons:

The staff behaviour, tideness of the room, wrong info on free breakfast since the property got it from a canteen downstairs and the canteen asked us for payment and said the property dpes not clear their bills. Please be careful on werkends sonce they do not serve breakfast as the canteen is closed.
