Important information:

The property's reception opening hours are:

- From April to October: from 9:00 to 19:00
- From November to March: 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00

Guests are advised to note that this residence is part of a nudist resort.

Access to the naturist village is restricted, and guests are charged EUR 16.5 per 2 guests, for 3 days.

Access to the resort is with an additional charge.

Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of EUR 75.

Pros:

Staff was awesome. Facilities - gym, spa, swimming pool - were very good. Room was huge and breakfast was wonderful.
The hotel is located in the quieter corner of the resort still perfectly close to all the stuff you came to cap d agde for.
Amazing experience in all regards and the hotel really exceeded my expectations.

C’est beau séjour, soleil personnel de l’hôtel, un vrai plus. Merci à eux.

Cons:

Le bruit de des fêtes à l’hôtel Auzines, le les animaux qui aboie certains la nuit, le sauna et le hammam qui ne sont pas ouverts avant 15 heures pour pouvoir en profiter plus longuement

This was a very disappointing experience, and I will neither return to nor recommend
Cons:

€100 deduction is completely disproportionate and unjustified. The only issue was that we forgot to take out the trash, and the makeup-stained towels could easily have been cleaned. These are minor, easily remedied matters that do not reasonably justify withholding such a significant amount from the deposit.
I could equally have complained about the cleanliness. The sauna was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the quality of the pool water was questionable.

Cons:

Warn water prepare only at night, dirty, doesn’t fit paid cost. The Spa is a…, at sauna it was 55 degrees Celsius.. steam room didn’t have a steam and smells bad. I confused.
