Good overall. Place is nice for the price but can be improved for a better experience.
Pros:

Cozy and generally, clean.
Kitchen and cooking amenities.

Cons:

The toiltet has a weird smell. Could probably be from the water.
The shower and bidet pressure is weak. The shower head, most importantly, needs to be changed . No mirror in the bathroom lavatory.
Toilet door knob is also broken and cannot be closed shut from the outside. It can only be closed shut from the inside with a barrel bolt.
Plenty of ants in some places.
Room TV is a bit old and can be very slow and lagging at times.
Loud carpentry noise at the front of the property especially in the morning to noon.

Nice home stay, but cleanliness should be improved.
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious room with its own toilet/bathroom. Location was slightly out of the way but reasonably accessible enough to get public transport at Balabago road outside.

Cons:

The air conditioner was visibly dirty and should have been cleaned more regularly. One of the towels provided had some stains and I didn't use that one. There was no mirror in the bathroom which I found odd.

The property is located in a slightly off-tracked location with very little amenities nearby. The house is aesthetically designed but has serious functionality issues.

Cons:

Many things are not maintained properly, from the shower knob to air-conditioner! The property in its current condition can not be considered congenial for a comfortable living.

I chose this accommodation for my group to enjoy a homely experience—perfect if you’re not a fan of staying in hotels. Y
Pros:

I got this property away from city to experience a homely life. Our group likes staying in the balcony at night.

Cons:

A bit of dusty but the lady took care of it and clean our room. The stairs, it’s a bit steep. Not friendly to old folks.

there is only one toilet for sharing. if you have a kid who needs to pee right away, they will have to wait. so these little inconveniences need to be managed

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The place was absolutely lovely. It truly felt like a home away from home.
