Overpriced with Little facility
Pros:

Location is perfect and staff is super co-operative .
The Manager is friendly and also another guy from Karachi

Cons:

They don't have much staff ,only 2 people are handling everything.
Service is very very slow

We booked a penthouse for a family .

Breakfast was included in the room rate but it was no sufficient for 8 people , we have to Pay extra for breakfast

Their was no water in the washrooms , we have to call them 5-6 times but they didn't fixed it
In the end we have to change rooms to use washroom

Pros:

My room was nice the view was nice.. stay was good food was good

Cons:

Well the alignment between booking manager and hotel manager was not up to the mark..
Washroom can be improved and room heating can also improved
