The experience fell far below expectations and did not match the standards that were portrayed at the time of booking.
To begin with, the swimming pool was in a very poor and unhygienic condition. Based on the images and descriptions provided, we expected a clean and well-maintained pool. However, in reality, the water appeared unclean, and the overall maintenance was highly disappointing. This was one of the key amenities we were looking forward to, and it was extremely upsetting to find it in such a state.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the room itself was not up to the mark. The bedsheets provided were stained, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Such negligence reflects poorly on the standards of housekeeping and raises serious concerns about overall sanitation.
The most frustrating issue, however, was the room arrangement. Despite clearly being a couple, we were provided with twin beds instead of a proper double bed. This was not communicated in advance and was highly inconvenient. As a couple, we expect basic consideration in terms of comfort and appropriate room allocation. This oversight significantly affected our stay experience.
Overall, the stay did not justify the expectations set by your property, and we feel disappointed with the level of service provided. I request you to take this matter seriously and ensure that such issues are addressed promptly to prevent future guests from facing similar inconveniences.
I would also appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff’s way of talking showed no professionalism, making the experience uncomfortable from the start. I had already paid 50% after check-in, yet they asked for the full remaining amount one to two days before checkout, which was a very pathetic and unacceptable approach. Because of this unprofessional behaviour, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel receptionist Ms Neha and I think her senior one person too.

Pros:

Although there's 50 steps to room 115 with no lift, the view is fantastic it was the best in the hotel. The food was good in the restaurant and value for money.

Cons:

The shower is a mixer type shower, which I found difficult to get the temperature right, any
slight movement of the taps made it either too hot or too cold. The top of the staircase could do with a clean and tidy.

Bella vista sul lago di Udaipur

Alguna cucaracha en baño, poca presión de agua en ducha, las fotos que se publicitan serán de cuando se inaguró porque ahora está todo bastante más viejo e instalaciones comúnes poco cuidadas.
