Pros:

Le personnel tres attentionné, la piscine et le jacuzzi. L'emplacement au calme. La vue de la terrasse des chambres et pendant les repas. L’hotel est un peu isolé mais il y a pas mal d'activités aux alentours.

Great staff, very friendly. Good restaurant too with beautiful pool and jacuzzi with stunning views over the lake and volcano when it is not raining.

Cons:

The rooms are basic wih minimum amenities and the bedding is also basic.. The bathrooms are clean, but very simple, there is not even shampoo available.
