Pros:

駅から直接繋がっていて、ロケーションはとても良い。設備も部屋も清潔でとても良かった。

Cons:

朝食が最悪。食べるものが無くて愕然とした。翌日泊まったルートインは朝食が１０倍良かった。昨年泊まったルートインも同じ朝食だった。
あの朝食なら、もう東横INNには泊まらないかも。
大浴場がないのも残念だった。
とにかく朝食のおかずの種類が少な過ぎて、唖然とした。改善した方が良いと思う。

初秋田だったが街の規模の割には他地域と比較して宿泊代はやや高いものの許容範囲内

駅直結なので天気を気にしなくて良い、繁華街とは逆側なので静か

Cons:

繁華街とは逆方向なので食事も買い物も駅の反対まで移動しなくてはならないのは手間
