Very nice staff and great location.
Pros:

Excellent location, and very attentive, cordial staff.

Cons:

We had the smallest standard room I’ve ever had. I had to climb over the bed to get to my side of the bed. The room was comfortable otherwise.

また利用させていただきます。
Pros:

駅の改札出て直ぐで当日は雨でしたが傘が要らなかった。
どこへ行くにもアクセスが良かった。
あとは、スタッフの対応が最高に良かったです。

Cons:

部屋が狭いので就寝するだけなら良いと思う

The room and some of the amenities affected our rating but the free full breakfast was great!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! The highlight of the hotel stay! And the location was great being so close to the main train station in Osaka.

Cons:

The refrigerator didn’t work as it just remained warm and never got cool and the A/C also didn’t work no matter how much we adjusted the settings. Because of the A/C not working it was hard for my family to sleep especially after a long flight from Hawaii.

Excellent location, clean rooms and right beside Osaka Station
Pros:

Located VERY close to the train station so it is a few minutes.

Staff friendly and helpful. Mr Don and Mr Ber were very helpful and explained things clearly.

Perfect location but sadly cleaning standard not match up
