Everything was amazing as mentioned, the only thing which put us off was that there were no water provided even though we had selected half board. They could put at least 2 bottles of water daily to the room or provide water during breakfast without the need of ordering.

No hay casi menu infantil. Pero el personal resuelve con el menu que hay.
La playa es hermosa pero tienes que usar aquashoes, hay muchos perritos que se portan bien. La comida en el restaurante es muy buena y el personal muy atento.
la señal de cable falla mucho, nunca pude ver una película, igual con el wifi y tampoco hay agua caliente.
Entran muchos mosquitos al cuarto tengan cuidado.

A very comfortable hotel, especially considering the island setting. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the bed is huge and incredibly comfortable.
I had a room with a beautiful ocean view, which made the stay even more special.

Las habitaciones estan bien y el personal fue amable. El lugar tiene todo el potencial de ser un lugar tranquilo, pero no lo es.
Nos hospedamos en el hotel 3 noches y 2 días durante nuestra estadia el hotel tenia dos eventos enormes, un pasadia de 400 personas y al otro dia otro pasadia de 200 personas. Cabe aclarar, que el territorio del hotel y las 2 playas del hotel son pequeñas y realmente 400 personas es un numero exagerado para este lugar. Es muy obvio que la gerencia del hotel solo piensa en vender mas pero NO piensan en los huéspedes que pagaron bastante dinero para una estadia tranquila en una playa de la isla. En los eventos anteriormente mencionados la musica estaba a todo volumen, las 2 playas del hotel estaban repletas de personas. Al comienzo el personal del hotel a nosotros a los huespedes habia prometido la playa pequeña solo para los huespedes, pero cuando llegaron las 400 personas, el personal del hotel no le pudo dar manejo a esa cantidad de personas y obviamente la playa pequeña (prometida para los huespedes) tambien fue ocupada por los integrantes del evento. Realmente considero que si el hotel organiza este tipo de eventos, NO deberia vender las habitaciones del hotel en las mismas fechas, porque para los que se hospedan la experiencia se vuelve muy desagradable. Encima de todo eso, para salir de la isla, habiamos reservado el regreso en lancha del hotel, pero todos se preocuparon mas por sacar a los 200 invitados del pasadia y finalmente nos falto puesto en la lancha y fuimos 2 personas sentados en 1 solo puesto pagando el precio completo de cada uno. No se con que frecuencia este hotel hace estos eventos tan grandes, pero si quieren reservar el alojamiento en este hotel, tengan en cuenta que en cualquier momento les puede tocar lo que nos toco a nosotros. De hecho, seleccionamos la fecha de nuestra estadía entre semana pensando que va a estar mas tranquilo, pero sucedio todo lo contrario. Por lo menos nos hubieran avisado antes, para darnos la opcion de cambiar las fechas o devolver el dinero para reservar otro hotel, pero no hubo ninguna comunicación previa.
