I am a honors member. The experience was HORRIBLE! I deserve a refund. Call at 8132985637,
Pros:

Breakfast was horrible. The lady who was serving was so rude. The oatmeal was almost empty. looks like cold water was added. When asked about nuts, she says - that is all we have!

Cons:

I stayed 2 nights, A handwritten notebook, After the first night, the next morning before I left to take my son to the college preview, I told the front desk to clean the room and also fix the lock in the bathroom. Info was noted in a hand written notebook. Both were not done. when asked - they said it is too late. At that time the maintenance guy was there and he mentioned to the receptionist that that room bath room door lock has been broken for a while If you all knew this - why you even rented this room to me?

It was disappointing and won’t ever go back there
Pros:

It was in a good location

Cons:

The 1 person on staff rude, noise outside after 12:30 am. Could not control thermostat and it was too cold for me and I have respiratory issues. There were other rooms but the rude person said there weren’t

Very clean, comfortable and quiet!
Pros:

The breakfast was typical for a hotel/motel buffet. Facilities were very clean. The room was very comfortable, and was very quiet. I had limited contact with the staff, so can't really expound on that. Overall, my stay was very good. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Florida.

Cons:

Nothing really stands out. It was a good experience.

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Room was very large, clean, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had more options than other hotels I have stayed at and was very good! Staff was very friendly! Very impressed overall!
