Personal desinteressiert und nicht kundenorientiert. Frühstück ohne Schnittläse, Honig, Rührei nur mit 7 Euro extra, nur eine Sortwe harte Qwissbrötchen, keine Salate keien Tomatwn Gurken usw. Kein Quark..

Ein schönes Hotel für ein paar Tage.
Pros:

Zentral und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, gut, mit feinen Kuchen.

Cons:

Personal spricht fast nur italienisch, auch für alltägliche Informationen, sind eher zurückhaltend und wenig dienstleistungsorientiert.

מלום נהדר ומיטה הכי נוחה שיש

מלון מדהים שממוקם בלב העיר העתיקה ליד הקתדרלה ומזח הגלים - מאוד מומלץ.
חדר נהדר והמיטה נוחה בצורה בלתי רגילה

Cons:

ההוראות של הוויז והגוגל מאפ להגעה למלון לא נכונות והוא מוביל לחניון לפי שעה שסמוך.
היה רצוי שהמלון ישלח מיקום שיאפשר להגיע לחניה בצורה הנכונה.

Pros:

Alles!! Die Lage, das Zimmer, der frische Obstsalat mit Kokosnuss 🥥 und überhaupt das Frühstück und freundliche Ambiente!
Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, die Parkmöglichkeiten auch ideal. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal!
