マチャプチャレが見えるホテル
Pros:

当ホテルに2泊しました。晴れていたのですが、雲が多くヒマラヤが見えず、諦めていたのですが、出発日の早朝、見えました！マチャプチャレの素晴らしさに感動しました。サランコットまで出かける必要ありません。ホテルのスタッフの方はとても親切で、気配りが行き届いていました。レストランの食事もおいしかったです。　お勧めのホテルです。

For a room with twin beds for my friend and I, we did not think that the glass divider to the bathroom appropriate!
One of my meals was SO hot and spicy that I could literally not eat it! I sent it back for fruit, but I still got charged for it 🤷‍♀️

Perfect stay.
Pros:

Charming hotel with unbelievable view. Rooms were clean, nicely arranged and the view was clear even from the bath tube. A special thanks to the hotel’s staff. They always were polite, professional and were helpful even when it was out of their responsibilities. The area is calm and peaceful. If you are looking for nice sunrises, you can book this hotel and you will not be forced to go somewhere far by morning. You can simply enjoy it from the panoramic rooftop on sixth floor. Unfortunately, my visit fell under rainy season and I was not able to see all greatness of this region. But now I know which hotel to book when I will come back to Pokhara in the right season :)

Perfect place to see the mountains. Very clean. Good food.
Pros:

You would stay here for the view of the mountains…no other reason.
Dinner and breakfast were good.
The property although aged was spotlessly clean.
The sunrise over the mountains was spectacular from the viewing area on the roof.

Cons:

Personally I think there were too many staff eg 5 people called past our table at dinner to enquire if we were ok!! Too much..too many
We had maintenance in our room just after we arrived, there was then drilling in the next room until 5pm. No towels in the room and the shower curtain and rod fell on my head when having my shower.
If you have a lot of staff get them doing jobs..eg towels

Dont stay here
Cons:

Consider carefully before you stay here. The weather is usually smoggy, so you probably wont see those beautiful views in the pictures. The location is very inconvenient. All the good services you want are in town, by the lake. This is a half hour expensive taxi ride away. The food made me ill, but if you stain the sheets you will pay, as the sign in the room ststes. They do not have all the services advertised, like spa services. The hotel is way overpriced. Stay lakeside and enjoy the nice town of Pokhara. This is not a 4 star hotel. It does not deserve the rating it has on booking.com.

Wunderschönes Hotel in Sarangkot. Beim Aufwachen direkter Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und den Himalaya. Besser geht gar nicht. Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals war unübertroffen. Hierhin kommen wir gerne zurück.

I would go back to stay again!
Pros:

Excellent service, great views and very clean. My room was very comfortable. Unfortunately I fell very ill in the night and the next morning I was due to check out but the hotel manager and staff were very caring and kind. They insisted I stayed and rested, sent up some fluids and relevant hydration meds. They did not rush me or make me feel awkward. They did not charge me anything extra and helped arrange transport to my next destination.
