This small hotel is in a central location in the main area for museums etc in the city. We had a room with a terrace which overlooked the street. It was well soundproofed and the air conditioning worked. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK and had some warm items like French toast and khachapuri. All fine for one night and not expensive.
The building is somewhat bleak, like an old office block. There was a faint smell of drains in our room. Staff were rather surly.

У отеля круглосуточная стойка регистрации.
1. Заселили в бюджетный номер при том что бронировали обычный. В целом, это разделение у них есть только на Booking, а по факту заселят куда им удобно. Откуда я это знаю? Просто мы бронировали сразу несколько номеров в разных ценовых категориях. Тот номер что был на фото при бронировании - больше того что нам дали. В общем совет: берите бюджетный, а там уже что дадут что дадут. Бюджетный номер меньше по размеру, но в целом тоже неплохой.
2. А вот что плохо - это WiFi. На этажах висит по роутеру в центре коридора и в тех номера что к нему ближе он хорошо работает. А вот в нашем бюджетном номере интернет был только если встать около двери в коридор. Более того, мобильный интернет от Magti в номер тоже не пробивается даже с открытым окном. В общем, лотерея. Персоналу пожаловались, но, ясное дело, проблему это не устранило.
3. Часто об отеле много говорит состояние утюга. Состояние утюга смотрите на фото - это лучшая иллюстрация всего нашего проживания.
4. Парковки у отеля нет, и в будни припарковаться на ближайших улицах почти нереально. Ближайшая платная парковка принадлежит отелю Radisson, но там цена вообще не адекватная (32 евро в сутки). Можно купить абонемент на зону А в приложении Tbilisi Parking на неделю за те же деньги, но в будний день припарковаться почти невозможно. Просто имейте в виду что в Тбилиси стало очень много автомобилей.
У меня был большой номер на втором этаже прямо рядом с точкой WiFi (интернет был хорошим в отличие от других членов семьи которые жижи в других номерах) и видом на проспект Руставели. На завтраке всегда было их чего выбрать и всё готовили очень вкусно.
Очень близко и к метро, и к автобусам, но я ими почти не пользовалась потому что ко всем основным точкам города близко пешком.
Номер был прямо над входом в отель, а туда люди иногда выходят покурить. Как следствие, запах сигарет затягивает в номер при открытом окне, а при закрытом будет душновато.
Близко к центру, хороший завтрак
WiFi почти не работал (только около двери в коридор), с кровати не работал совсем. Из душа всё время воняло канализацией на весь номер и ничего не помогало.
Ужасные вешалки в шкафу: те самые которые сделаны чтобы их не воровали. Но и пользоваться ими очень сложно.
Номер с балконом, вероятно, лучший в отеле. Балкон очень комфортный, среди деревьев - вид просто класс!
Завтраки нам понравились.
В ванной комнате и, как следствие, во всём номере воняло канализацией. Ненадолго помогало пролить водой, но вонь возвращалась снова и снова.
В рабочее время около отеля практически невозможно найти парковку: у нас ушло полтора часа чтобы поймать свободное место.
