Me gustó la vista hacia la ciudad. La ubicación y cercania al centro comercial y supermercado. El apartamento es amplio y comodo. La decoracion es bonita

Cons:

Todas las noches encontré cucaracchas en baño y cocina. No pude dormir tranquila, ya que merodeaban tambien en la habitación. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien y da un olor raro al prenderlo y hace mucho ruido. Se oye ruido de la calle.

Localização. Segurança do prédio.

Cons:

Comunicação com o staff da Housy antes e durante a estadia (foi MUITO difícil, mensagens simplesmente sem respostas).
Alguns itens que merecem reparos ou melhorias no apartamento: lâmpada queimada na sala de jantar, sofá com estrago (não era confortável de sentar), equipamentos de cozinha básicos demais (faltava muita coisa), portas sem maçanetas (difíceis de fechar) e, eu fiquei 12 dias no apartamento, boa parte do tempo querendo escrever livros e artigos científicos, mas o lugar não tinha mesa de trabalho e cadeira confortáveis (mesa pequena, cadeira dura demais).

Robo, problemas con aire, cucarachas, tuberías y mucho ruido.

Cons:

1. Las tuberías no sirven
2. Hay muchas cucarachas
3. Se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, no se puede dormir.
4. El aire acondicionado no sirve, enfría muy poco y en el apartamento hace mucho calor.
5. Después de hacer check out me cobraron 200,000 por una secadora que estaba ahí al momento de yo irme. Cabe destacar que me fui a las 10 am y a las 2 pm me contactan que la secadora no está.. yo inocentemente y como sé que la vi en el baño, fui al alojamiento (si me la hubiese robado no voy 😡), pero sorpresa!! Ya no estaba.. CUIDADO! Utilizan este método para ROBAR!!!!

High quality, spacious apt in up market, safe area with super views.
Pros:

It was a high quality, high end apt. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, well equipped and had super views of the city and mountains as on the 11th floor. Staff online with Housy were very helpful as were the reception staff. The area was up market and felt safe. Just across the road is an upmarket large supermarket and high end mall with quality eating outlets, restaurants and shops. I had 2 small requests and the host solved these for me. It is about a 20 minute walk to 2 metro stations. There are also buses close by but we did not use them. Also lots of taxis.

Cons:

The bed was ok and mattress ok but to match the quality of the rest of the apt a better mattress would be good. It sloped a little each side. It was a little complicated with online booking process but all worked.
