Pros:

Everything was good.Good breakfast.best location.next to Citycentre mall and Carefore,and seabeach.Rooms are clean.

Cons:

We did not like timing of pool.from 11AM to 7 PM.Elevetor keycards and rooms keycards always had problem

A lot of money to be disappointed. I live in Doha so should have known not to expect too much..

Cons:

For a country that has to desalinate water, there was a number of water issues. Water running down the elevators upon arrival. No hot water (i thought) but after maintenance came we discover you have to run all of the hot taps at once for at least five minutes to get hot water through. The shower kept going from scalding hot to stone cold so maintenance checked something there and made it slightly less annoying. Second morning we had water from room above coming through the ceiling vent in the master bedroom straight in/on to the toilet, toilet paper and floor. Also was coming in through the ceiling in the second room which seems like it was not the first time judging by the water stains on the ceiling. Housekeeping came in and removed all the towels and left none so after asking they dropped in two towels (family of 4) and no hand towels etc. Had to call again for these to be brought up. Seriously irritating fancy electronic switches incorporating lights,ac etc that almost needed an instruction manual (try just turning a reading lamp on in the dark and not waking your partner…). The lovely lady at reception asked me how the stay was when i was checking out. I mentioned the problems she was already aware of so she asked me how the stay was aside from the problems. Hard to answer that I’ve seriously.

Had a great stay at Element by Marriott City Center. Special thanks to Saad at the reception for his kind, professional, and welcoming service. He was very polite and made the experience even better. Thank you for the excellent service!

The breakfast buffet was disappointing, as the food options were limited and generally not very good

Pros:

Big apartment and good location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The apartment smells like sewage . We transfered to another apartment and still bad smell. There was leakage in the bathroom, Not so clean. Elevators were not all working , we had too wait alot to take the lift. Breakfast area is so crowded we couldnt find a table and the food was messy , we paid for the breakfast but didnt eat there.

Overall it was ok but not superb as before. We are a regular in your hotel whenever we decided to staycation in Qatar

Cons:

The indoor swimming pool has no heater and my family had trouble getting too cold, the breakfast is very less option as there is no more buffet
